! AUTHOR'S NOTE !
Hey there to the readers of The NERD is now back as the BADASS BITCH (omg that's such a long title am I okay??) !! First and foremost, thank you to all of you guys who are reading and enjoying my story, that really means a lot to me :)
I started this story around 5 years ago, it was when this genre of story was really popular and I started this to follow the trend, although I didn't expect to get more than 100 reads at the most, so I'm really thankful for that. It made me more motivated to write it so my readers can enjoy it more, but it's been 5 years and I haven't gotten past chapter 7...
I do like my story, but I just cant find the motivation anymore... It still makes me happy when I receive notifications of someone commenting and voting on my story, but I personally think that I wont enjoy this story anymore. If I don't enjoy my own story, how will you guys? Plus, I actually read this story as a reader myself around 2 years ago, and I cringed so bad!! How on earth did I go through writing this??
TBH, yea I had like an anime concept in mind when I wrote this, but reading it in text was a lot cringier than I thought :0 You probably get it by now, yes I'm gonna stop writing this story. I actually thought of just writing a newer, better version of this story, and I did start it(in fact, I actually like it a lot better) but I'm not so sure anymore about the storyline... If you've noticed, the story was going to an action route, so it was supposed to be a story that focused on action more than the romance in the revenge plot, but I really lacked the knowledge to write action scenes and it just really put me down, and now the plot just messes up so I stopped writing...
I don't exactly know if I would still continue to write stories here, I do have a bunch of drafts in(like a lotta) but I don't know if I will publish them, yet alone finish them. If I do publish stories, I think I would for now just stick to short stories, and oneshot stories.
I do think it'd be waste to just leave the newer version of this story in drafts, expecially when I worked hard on modifying the plot, so I'm actually gonna publish the finished chapters after this note, just so I can show you guys the changes to the story I made. I'm open to criticism and comments :)
BTW, I really worked hard on my oneshot story so I would appreciate some more reads to my story. Read Bear on my profile, a oneshot story about a certain plushie friend :D
