In the cold wet room, it was total silence. He looked at me & said "Lexi .. is that you?" As tears rolled down my face .. He walked up to me & said " ohh my gosh .. I am so sorry .. Staring into a broken mirror on the side of the bed .. thinking "How could I go to school tomorrow?" The whole school probably knows about this .. How am I going to get out of here ? ... "buzzz buzzz" my phone goes off .. I reached across the bed to get it .. I was in excruciating pain .. It felt like 30 butcher knives were in my head. I laid right back down .. I just couldn't move... I was tired of being in pain so I just closed my eyes & went to sleep..... When I woke up .. I was still in that same room .. cold. Wishing that I was at home eating baked chicken and macaroni .. but .. I wasn't. "buzz buzz" my phone goes again.. but this time .. I reached my phone. It was Keundra .. "Girll where are you? I'm coming to get you now & Im bringing Rico" she said (Rico is my cousin. We were like brothers and sisters. He would literally go to war about me.. He was a big drug dealer on the south side. Everyone knew he would shoot a nigga in a heartbeat & get away with it) "I'm at the same place we were last night.. girl Demetrius raped me & Jodie beat me ! " I cried .. "We on our way .. stay on the phone with me .. & see if someone is in the house" she said. "Okay .. " I said.... I slowly got out of the bed & walked to the door & opened it. I saw Jodie and 3 other niggas at a table playing spades & drinking Hennessy. "Girl it's niggas at the table playing cards" I whispered into the phone .. "Lexi .. this Rico. We on our way .. don't worry we coming " he said... I hung up the phone & closed the door & found my clothes on the floor and put them on. I got back into the bed and waited .. A few minutes went by & I heard yelling in the living room where Jodie and the boys were. "BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM" Gunshots go off .. I'm panicking and sweating. I'm praying to god I don't get shot. I hear someone calling my name "LEXIIII WHERE YOU AT GIRL !!! " A boy yelled .. "ITS RICO !!!!!" .. "I'm in here !!!" I yelled. He kicked the door down & picked me up like I was a baby. He carried me out the room & I looked in the living room & 4 bodies are on the floor. Wait ? So Rico just killed the niggas that beat me ? Yes .. he did. I burst out into tears .. Rico took me to Keundra's truck & put me in the back seat with Keke (Keundra). "Girl oh my god .. I bought my mama first aid kit I'll fix you up" she said... "Wait .. Lexi .. I thought you said Demetrius do that shit to you to" Rico said. "He did .. he said he had to go to work" I replied. "Well I need to go get some Skittles for my baby mama .. we gotta stop by the quick buys up the street " he said. "okay" me & Keke replied... We pull up to the Quick buys & RICO hopped out the drivers side but he left the car running.. "bring me and Lexi some takis .. those are our favorite chips" Keke yelled. "Okay .." Rico replied & went into the store..... "okay Lexi.. I'm about to put so alcohol on this cut it's gonna sting .. so look away" Keke said. I looked in the store and saw Rico yelling at the cashier .. "Keke what the hell Rico talking about?" I said... "guhh I have no idea" she replied. I looked closely at the cashier & IT WAS DEMETRIUS!! "Girllll that's Demetrius!!!" I yelled. & right after I said that... Rico shot Demetrius right in the face.
