Maiden mother mine

Watch as your children march

Wave them off with silk white sheets

And proudly bear your tears

Your flag waves branzenly

As if it was strong and constant

As time

But as you cry your smile reaches your eyes

Your sons march towards honor

And yet their bones are easily seen

Skeleton men always march on

Tell me matron please

Tell me of all the glory and greatness

That they will all recieve

While your tear blurred eyes

Ignore the the cold dark earth

Which has become soaked

Wave your pure white rags

Your sons walk towards death

And you hold your head high

Can you see their terrored eyes

So young so soon

Innocence has not yet stretched

Or become out-grown

Yes, yes, hurry them on

Give them a parade

These heros are not what you make

Are they who they want?

Mother matron you have forgotten your children

What do you see now?

Their lungs are wet and their hearts are tired

Yet the fight the fight

And you watch as they walk

What a war theyve been thrusted into

Tell me sons, do you know the flags colors

What sacrifice has this old sinful land earned from you

Yes, oh yes, heros

Their skin is hung and weak stems of bones

What allegiance have you earned dear mother

And yet you rush them proudly

March, march towards death

Your smile is two times wide

They are horrified

And where are you in the war

They are confused and alone

In this war

Which is not theirs
