Chapter 3 - Mistakes

Hillary's pov
Yawn! It was early in the morning and there was a knock on the door. "Come in!" I shouted across the room. Hawk gently open the door and brought in a tray. "Here is your breakfast and hurry! We have to get to school! " Hawk said, placing the tray of food beside me and left out of the door. I looked at the tray of food and said   "So this is how royals eats huh? Interesting.." I smirked.

Hawk's pov
As the close the door behind me, I thought why is there this feeling that I seen Hillary before.
Maybe, it is just a weird feeling. I don't know....

Hillary's pov
After I finished my food, I changed into my uniform and head out the door. As I walk through the big door, I saw hawk on his dragon waiting for me. "Come on we don't want to be late! " he said . I rolled my eyes and got onto his dragon.

( AT REGAL ACADEMY)

Hawk's pov
As I landed my dragon, Hillary got off my dragon and left without a thank you. Was I too harsh on her? Or it is just because she is evil inside? I jumped down and went to find my group.

Hillary's pov
When I was searching for Vicky, I heard commotions on the another side of the bushes. It was rose and her team! I hid beneath the bushes to listen to their conversion. "I don't know guys, she does seem suspicious to me.." Astoria said to the others. "I may have to agree with you Astoria..." travis replied. "Isn't it obvious? She is evil! And worst,in Vicky's team!" Joy said with her hands crossed. "Come on guys... give her a chance!" Hawk said. Rose replied "I agree with hawk!" Hawk looked at Rose and smiled "Thanks Rose..." Both of them look at each other for a while. I turned around and thought "are they talking about me? "

Vicky's pov
As I was looking for Hillary, I saw her sitting on the floor. I ran up to her and said " lWhat are doing here ? I was looking for you!" She looked at me in shock and replied "Oh umm nothing.." I pulled her hand and dragged her into a corner. I whispered " Stop messing around and listen to me... our next class is going to be about a ball with headmistress Cinderella ..... I want you to use your water magic and try to make people do something that was hurt them... Got It?!" Hillary thought for a moment and finally nodded her head. "Perfect...."

Hillary's pov
In my mind I thought "OH MY FISH TALES!! MY VERY FIRST EVIL ASSIGNMENT!! I AM SOOO READY!!" Vicky and I walked into the ballroom and joined the class. Headmaster Cinderella walked in and announced "Welcome students! Today we are going to practice your dance moves, now pair up with someone! Chop! Chop!" I was not comfortable dancing with boys so I danced with Vicky (NOT IN A ROMANTIC WAY!).

Rose's pov
I watched as everyone got into pairs, but not me. But suddenly, I felt someone holding onto my hand. I turned around and saw hawk, he asked me "May I have this dance?" I smiled and replied "of course you may..." I took hawk's hand and he took mine and we started dancing. I look into each other's eyes and blushed.

Hawk's pov
When I looked into her eyes, they were the most beautiful things I ever seen....this is maybe the reason why I was so attractive to her...as well as her kindness inside....

Hillary's pov
As I was practicing my dance moves with Vicky, I noticed everyone stopped dancing. I turned around and I was shocked. Both Hawk and rose are dancing with each other! Their dance caught everyone's attention. I could see ruby and some other girls getting jealous."Urgg! What is so 'special' about them!"
Vicky said. " Quickly! This is your chance to ruin their big moment!" I took out my wand and pointed it at Rose and hawk, but there are something inside me telling me I shouldn't do it.....but the evil inside me told me I should do it.... Since me and Vicky were at the back of the crowd, nobody can see us. I moved my wand and blast a puddle of water onto the floor. "This is perfect..." Vicky smiled and laughed.

Rose's pov
This was the best feeling I have ever experienced!! Hawk asking me to dance?! So romantic...but I can't tell my mom and dad about this! I was distracted that I didn't noticed a big puddle of water beside me! I slipped on the puddle of water and landed with a loud bang. " Ouch..." I groaned "My leg..." Everyone in the room was shocked. Hawk held my hand and kneeled beside me "Are you alright? " Headmistress Cinderella shouted "Everyone leave this room! I will call the nurse!"

Hillary's pov
After watching that, I starting to feel guiltiness running down my spine. " Yes you did it! You took down a Cinderella!" Vicky said happily. I looked at Vicky and said "I... I have...to go" and ran off as fast as I could.

Hawk's pov
As I watch rose being taken to the emergency room, I can feel my blood boiling inside. I looked at the puddle of water and felt suspicious. " It wasn't there before.." I thought to myself. I placed my finger into the water and it sparkles. This isn't normal water...IT WAS MAGIC! And I just know who would have done this......
