over the next weeks i teach her.
she is scared and i am too.
we do not know how this happened.
but now she is a wolf.
a beautiful one, i must say.
fur as black as mine and eyes as blue as the spring sky.
now, a month later.
she follows me through the forest.
the trust is back.
the friendship.
we hunt and play.
the pack is relaxed and content.
my memories are almost gone.
hers are slipping.
she tells me.
but, there's something we'll never forget.
each other.
