OKAY. LETS CONTINUE.
Right, so carrying on, by now you should have selected your picture that your want to overlay. I've shown you in the last chapter what pictures I've chosen, and you can use 1 or 6 if you want and you also don't even have to do this step if you're content with your background.
But for those you want that extra...jhuzz (sounds like jizz but anywho!!)
Carrying on, open up your first picture and it should look like this
Double tap it so that it takes all the space of your cover, and if it doesn't just enlarge it until all areas are covered and it looks a little something like this
Now as you can see, you can't see your background at all so this is where the art of superimpose comes along!!!
You're want to click the transform tab, which is in blue at the bottom and you want to then click on the cogs that are shown in the top tab at the far right.
From here you should be shown a varying selection of different effects that will make parts of you picture transparent due to the nature of the options and you can pick whichever you'd like but I chose "screen" and sometimes "overlay" depending on what I was looking for.
Now once you've done this, you can see that there is a lot of blank white right at the top which is didnt like. You can get rid of this by enlarging the picture and making sure that it's not part of the initial cover, but you can also change the exposure, brightness and contrast.
