It has been one week, one week until they cut her off and we will never see our precious baby again. Kane refuses to go to school. He has not gone in almost 2 weeks because we had the Teen Choice Awards and then the Rosie accident. Every morning Danielle tries to convince him but he refuses to go. I woke up in the morning to my phone ringing .The hospital was calling I was scared to answer nevous on what they would say but then answered so Kane or Danielle would not wake up. Kane slept in our bed last night but he has been sleeping in Rosie's room.
Me: Hello
Doctor: Hello may I speak to Mr. or Mrs. Horan
Me:Speaking
Doctor: Your daughter Rosie has been showing signs of her breathing on her own that is one step closer to her coming out of a coma. We would like if you and your family could come down here and try talking to her and being around her which may help her return from a coma.
Me: Yes thank you so much we will be there right away
I hung up and started running around the room. I shook Kane and Danielle but they did not wake up or budge at all. I screamed ''WAKE UP!'' They both jumped and Kane woke up but gave me a look like he wanted to kill me I laughed and Danielle said ''Niall what the hell'' ''Babe wake up'' She rubbed her eyes and spoke again ''What do you want'' She sat up but leaned her head on my chest ''Baby Rosie is breathing '' she turned to Kane and told him ''Kane love can you go over there please'' He sighed, moaned and then dragged himself out of the room. We heard him slide downstairs from the playroom. There is a slide connected from upstairs to downstairs. We heard him close the slide door and turn on the TV. Danielle turned back at me ''babe she has always been breathing'' ''No Danielle Rosie is breathing on her own and showing signs of her coming out of a coma'' Danielle's face lit up and she ran out of the room. 2 minutes later I saw her running through the hall with Kane in her arms as she jumped around. i laughed as he screamed ''MOM YOUR CRAZY! NOW LET ME GO SO I CAN BE A COUCH POTATO AND WATCH TV'' ''NO!'' She screamed and ran to his room to get him dressed.I got dressed as well, Kane went back downstairs after and watched TV. Danielle walked in the room laughing. She walked into the bathroom and got dressed.I kissed her and we started to make out until Kane walked into the room. He asked ''Where are we going?'' ''Lunch'' I replied and he nodded and ran back downstairs.I flopped onto the bed and posted on Instagram. I captioned it

20 minutes later Danielle came out of the bathroom, dressed and ready to go. We go downstairs and see Kane asleep on the couch. I pick him up and we get into the car. ''What you want for lunch babe?'' I ask Danielle as we hold hands and I drive with my left pulling out of the garage. ''Nandos?'' ''I love you'' I said and she laughed knowing I love Nandos. We are at lunch and ordered our food I decided to tell Kane about our update on Rosie ''Hey Kane?'' ''Yea dad'' '' Rosie is breathing on her own and showing signs of her coming out of a coma. So today we are gonna go to the hospital to check her out and see if we can find some more signs okay'' ''Yea'' He said looking down ''Bud?'' ''Yea'' He gave us no eye contact. He is only 6 he should not be worried on whether or not he will be able to see his sister again ''When are you going back to school?'' He looked at me ''When Rosie does or at least when she comes back home'' He took another bit of his food and I looked at Danielle. Shye looked worried ''What about fútbol (Soccer) bud, you gotta go to practice'' ''I don't wanna go'' He hissed looking down again ''Okay well your Coach is not very happy he has not seen us lately'' Kane just nodded and continued to eat. We finished eating and I paid and we drove to the hospital. Kane ran through the halls to Rosie's room. Danielle and I hand in hand walked behind him laughing at how happy he was. We have been in the hospital for hours and Kane is becoming restless. So we decided we were gonna bring him home. As Danielle gathered Kane's stuff I went to say bye to Rosie before we left. I walked up to her bed ''Hey love, We miss seeing you smile. You gotta wake up so we can see your adorable smile. Your dance team misses you. They want you to come back and Sophia misses playing with you.I love you okay. Good night Princess'' I kissed her head and held her hand. At first her fingers were stiff then I felt them cup around mine. She started to open her eyes ''Dad?'' Danielle turned around so fast and she saw Rosie awake. Her and Kane ran over and I walked out of the room to get the doctors. They ran in super happy ''It was a miracle'' They said as they helped take out some tubes and changed her IV Danielle started crying tears of joy and Kane could not stop smiling. I looked at both of my kids and my wife and memories started to take over my brain
