Riley P.O.V
She sighed once againg "Riley what is going on is......I like Lucas." Those words crashed my whole life down. She liked him. And this was really happening.
I couldn't say anything I just sat there "Maya I thought we we're friends." I say to her with my voice shaky and breaking.
"Riley HOW CAN YOU BE SO SELFISH I CANT HELP THAT I LIKE LUCAS!!" She says yelling now. How am I selfish I'm not the one who did this whole thing.
"HOW AM I SELFISH YOUR THE ONE WHO JUST WAITED AND DIDNT SAY ANYTHING IF YOU DID WE WOULDNT BE YELLING!!" I yelled back.
I stormed off in the house in one second and walked off to Lucas "Lucas we need to go I can't stay here." I say to him grabbing the dipar bag.
Lucas looked worried "Riley what happened?" He asked walking over to the twins and taking them. I stopped him.
"No leave the twins here we need to go." I say grabbing his hand and pulling him to the door. I needed to talk to him and I didn't think the twins should be there when I tell him.
We got back home and we sat down on the couch "Lucas.......Maya likes you." I say to him looking at him into his forest green eyes.
His face showed no emotions. He just sat there in silence. It was just dead silence I don't know if that is a good thing.
"How do you fell about that." I asked looking at him even harder that jw as last time. I can't afford this to be high school all over again and it will be even worse because I have a child now.
And that is the worse and even though they are babies I don't them to have spit parents at a very young age.
He sighed running his hands through his hair. "I don't know how to feel." He said looking at me.
I really wasn't hoping for that reslonce from the love of my life. "What do you mean?" My breath completely stops waiting for an answer.
"I mean I.........."
