So, time have passed slowly throughout the months Ella and Emma are now 6 months. It has been just been us three. And a whole lot of things changed. Lucas and Maya is now a happily couple and Lucas seems very happy with her, but now I just don't keep in contact with them as much unless we hang out as a group.
Well I am happy that Ella and Emma still spend time with there dad. It's kinda funny it like were a ex couple with custody. But me and the girls have been doing fine on our own.
I was at home on the floor with the twins having a bonding time. As we layed on a blanket I had both of them placed in there stomach. "Come on girls crawl for mommy." I say talking to them while they stayed in place and just smiled at me. "Come on girls please." I say but they didn't move a inch. My phone started ringing and vibrated on the kitchen table.
I stood up and jogged to my phone and saw the caller ID is Avery. I answered and held it up to my ear. "Hey Avery." I said as I sat on the couch.
"Hey Riley wanna hang out with us." Avery asked with her usual peppy voice.
"Who is us?" I asked her. I already know who is us but she always try to not tell me that Maya and Lucas would be there just to get me to go.
"Farkle, Me, Maya, and Lucas." She said with a hopeful voice.
"I don't know if I should go I really don't feel like dealing with that tension between us." I say desperately.
"Oh come on Riles you and Lucas see each other anyway when he get the twins." She said with a whining voice.
"But that is different it's just me and Lucas and there is a little tension but there is even more tension with plus Maya." I say hoping she would understand.
There was a long silence for 10 seconds until she finally talked "You know what fine do go!" She yelled and the phone quickly hung up.
I groaned frustrated. Why can't people understand that it is not easy being in the situation I am in. They think in 5 minutes I got to be happy and forget about it. They don't understand that Lucas was the love of my life and I was his love but he took it away from me and had gave it to somebody else who was like a 2nd sister to me. Everyone is putting pressure on me I just wish they were more sympathetic at the end of the day I practically raising two girls by myself and Lucas only see them one a month to spend time with Maya.
I slammed my phone back on the table and went back to the living room and flopped on the couch and landed my head on the throw pillows. After two minuets of staying like that I heard shuffling. As soon as I heard it I popped my head up to see the one of the most exiting thing a mother can see.
I widen my eyes as I saw Emma and Ella crawling around the floor. I ran to them and squealed "Twins first crawl mommy so proud of you." I squealed more as I grabbed them over to my lap and kiss them on there cheeks.
Only if Lucas was here to see......
