Day Seven- "Seven Swans A-swimming" (Swimming Date!)

Now, Kyoko Kirigiri wasn't exactly someone who adored the beach.

She didn't particularly hate them, but more didn't see the fun in almost drowning multiple times, buying overpriced food and getting sunburns.

Her boyfriend, however, was another story.

Makoto loved the beach. The warm weather mixed with cool water, getting a nice tan, and having fun swimming or maybe playing volleyball. 

And now, here they were, at the beach.

Kyoko just wanted to hide under an umbrella the whole time, but Makoto would have none of that.

"Come on, swim with me!" Makoto giggled as he dragged her by the hand into cold water.

"Do I have to?" She replied. Despite wearing a one-piece bathing suit, Kyoko still wore her gloves.

"Aww, come on, please?" Despite Kyoko's urge to deny such a request, she couldn't say no to someone as sweet as Makoto, and allowed herself to be dragged into the water. The man beamed at Kyoko, which made her heart swell. He seemed truly happy to have her there with him.

So, of course, when he challenged her to a swimming race, she didn't decline.

And maybe swam just a bit slower on purpose.
