(Y/realn) = your real name (it's not gonna be used in the first like maybe...1000... chapters or something..😂)

Yato's POV

It was the day after Yukine's little 'accident'. I'm glad it was over, for both him and I. I could've died if it had ended badly.
Yukine has been feeling a little happier too. Honestly, that's the most important thing to me.
But I still had the feeling he wasn't completely fine.

"Yukine, everything alright?", I asked as he was washing his face by the sink. He turned his head.
"Yes, I'm fine. Thanks", he replied.
"Sure? Cuz I don't think so."
"...", he kept quiet, staring at the sink.
"Your face alone is enough to tell me that you aren't feeling well."
"I-I think that... I'm afraid that I'll hurt you again", he confessed.
"You don't have to worry about that. I'm sure that you've learned your lesson already", I winked at him.
"Maybe...", he said. He didn't sound very convinced.

"...I think I've got an idea", I mutter after thinking for a while.
"What is it?", he questioned with those innocent eyes.
"Just wait."
"..O-okay?"
I ran out of kofuku's house straight after he said that.

I hope my plan helps...
It might be kinda stupid, and it might give me another burden. But at least it might make Yukine happier. I'm actually only doing it for Yukine.
If it makes him happy then a second corruption can be avoided...

I never really thought of a second regalia to be honest... But it's obvious he needed a friend whom he could relate to. Someone more his age, unlike Daikoku.

I was wandering around the streets looking for a spirit like Yukine. Luckily I ran into one rather quickly. I found it while I was walking in the forest near a lake.

It was flying above the water. It give me the same vibe like Yukine, so it should be about the same age as him. And even though it's a lot bigger than he was back then. I just knew it was the perfect one.
But I hesitated and froze for a second when I noticed its strange aura.
There wasn't anything odd about it's appearance though...
Probably my imagination...
