This is Gwen, if anyone was wondering what she looked like. No. The curl was not added because of Hetalia. I only recently knew about it and Gwen had the curl years ago. I did bring it back somewhat because of Hetalia but she is not a Hetalia oc or a Hetalia related character. Although I do mention Hetalia a lot when talking about her. Thats my problem.
