There's a saying that goes, "In the end, the good will always prevail", and this was proven to be true after the much-deserved victory of the diwatas against Hagorn and the Hathors during their second and last battle for Lireo.
Lira, who was born to be Encantadia's "luntaie", had been successful in her mission of reuniting her mother and her ashtis in order for them to work towards one common goal that was to end what seemed to be the never-ending conflict brought about by the selfishness and lust for power of the Hathors, led by Hagorn.
The battle wasn't easy.
Alena had been badly wounded by Agane, who she killed later on. Danaya almost lost Aquil when she couldn't get to him in time, after he had been stabbed by the male mashna of the Hathors, while Amihan and Pirena, the sisters who considered themselves each other's bitter rival, teamed up to defeat the King of Hathors, only to find out that, despite having no brilyante at all, he couldn't be easily defeated for Ether had granted his request for more power to protect him against the sanggres.
Eventually, Alena and Danaya had arrived just in time to help their two sisters, and with the combined powers of the four brilyantes, they had Hagorn on his knees.
Pirena said, as she approached her father.
Pirena knelt in front of her father and looked him in the eye with a sudden fierceness.
She said.
She added.
Pirena said, as tears fell from her eyes.
And as her sword met with her father's flesh, Pirena knew that she had made the right decision. It may have pained her to kill her own father, but if it meant saving Encantadia, her feelings didn't matter for what had happened was for the greater good of the world she loved more than herself.
After the diwatas' and the Sapiryans' victory against the Hathors, peace had returned all throughout Encantadia.
Amihan's reign as the queen of Lireo had ended after the battle, and she decided to pass the crown to her daughter, Lira.
This decision was not objected by anyone, not even Pirena, who Lira had chosen to be her adviser through out her reign as the succeeding queen of Lireo and the entire Encantadia.
This responsibility was gladly accepted by the eldest sanggre, who had chosen to fully turn her back against her old self, the one who wanted nothing but power, for she realized that there were far more important things in life than that; her sisters, her daughter, Mira, and the welfare of the entire Encantadia.
Alena, on the other hand, had returned to the world of the mortals after the battle.
After her heartbreak, the keeper of the water gem decided to stay in the mortal world to fully recover and to return to the person she used to be, but in the process, she met Ezekiel, a mortal who helped mend her broken heart and taught her how to love again.
Though things were going well between the both of them, Alena had to leave, when her hadia, Mira, came to the mortal world in order to relay the news of the upcoming battle in Encantadia, leaving the sanggre with no choice but to bid goodbye to the mortal who had her heart.
But now that the conflict was over, Alena went back to the mortal world in order to be with Ezekiel.
Shortly after the battle, Danaya and Aquil decided to leave Lireo in order to build their own family.
With the help of Emre's blessing, their love bore a female child, who they decided to name Aleona, which meant "keeper of animals", for the youngest sanggre wanted her daughter to love nature just as much as she did.
And last, but definitely not the least, now that Amihan was no longer the queen of Lireo, Ybrahim could now ask for her to become his other half, to become the queen of his kingdom, Sapiro.
"Amihan, magmula nung maging hari ako ng Sapiro, isa lamang ang nais kong maging kabiyak at maging reyna nito." Ybrahim said as he looked into her eyes. "Walang iba, kundi ikaw."
He added.
Amihan smiled gently as she caressed Ybrahim's face.
"Oo, Ybrahim." She replied. "Pumapayag ako."
