As Ybarro returned to the make shift fort, along with Alira and the remaining soldiers of Sapiro, his eyes instantly searched for Amihan. It was something he had gotten used to, ever since the day Amihan had agreed to accepting help from him and the rest of his allies after she was dethroned by her sister, Pirena.
When Ybarro realized that Amihan was nowhere in sight, he hurriedly approached Imaw, and asked him of her whereabouts.
"Agape avi, pinunong Imaw," Ybarro said.
Imaw answered.
Upon hearing this, Ybarro couldn't help but be worried of Amihan's welfare. He knew that the chances of her returning to Lireo were pretty slim, knowing that Amihan was intelligent enough to realize that she couldn't take on Pirena and Hagorn alone, but he was still so worried.
Ybarro hated how he seemed so blind about Amihan's whereabouts right now, so even if it was late in the night already, he decided to venture into the woods to find her.
"Amihan? Amihan, nasaan ka?" Ybarro called out. He added. "Alalalang alala na 'ko sa'yo."
Suddenly, Amihan had successfully teleported to where he was. Ybarro was startled, but indeed relieved to see her.
She added, a soft smile spreading across her face.
Ybarro said, concern evident in his eyes.
Amihan felt her heart beat race as those words escaped Ybarro's mouth. Up until this day, she didn't know that he had cared for her that much, and it touched her deeply. Never in her entire life, did Amihan feel so important to someone she used to just shoo away so easily.
"Ybrahim," She said, gently touching arm. She added. "May tiwala ako sa aking kapangyarihan at sa aking brilyante. Alam kong hindi nila ako pababayaan."
"Mahal na reyna," Ybarro said. He added.
He added.
Amihan looked into Ybarro's beautiful, brown eyes and nodded.
Suddenly, Ybarro pulled Amihan into a tight, but warm embrace. After a long and hard day training with Alira and the Sapiryans, being in Amihan's presence, helped him regain his strength to face another day filled with the unknown. He wasn't quite sure how he felt about her, but Ybarro knew that he was happy when he was with her.
"Magkasama tayo sa labang ito, Amihan." He uttered softly.
