I'm Trapped Between Two Worlds!!

Chapter two. Origins.

I took a long warm bath trying to relax and prepare myself to whatever Paul was going to tell me, I've thought about my past, I was to concentrated on surviving and preparing myself for my return to the Meadow Pack. I suddenly started thinking about Dylan, on how beautiful he was and those green eyes that could take your breath away with just a quick glare at them. I never thought about a man like that before, I've had a few boyfriends over the years but nothing serious. I felt like I knew him, I wanted to talk to him, to feel his body next to me, I wanted to touch him, kiss him... I don't even know the guy!

I stuffed those thoughts away and got out of the shower. I put on some skinny black jeans, white flats and a white V-neck sweater. I brushed my hair let it dry naturally; I put on a light grey eye shadow and light pink gloss. My mother had always told that no matter how messed up a woman could feel, her clothes had to demonstrate the completely opposite of it.

I went downstairs to the dining room and saw everybody already waiting for me by the table; I caught Dylan looking at me, scanning me slowly with a smile on his face. "You look nice" he said to me. "Thanks, now can we get to this over with?"

The doorbell rang and I saw Joe paying for the 10 pizzas they had ordered, they can eat 5 pizzas each and still ask for more, we sat down and ate for a little while in silence, I was getting more and more anxious and suddenly just snapped out on Paul "Oh for crying out loud! Can we get to it already! Spit out Paul! You know I hate been intrigued."

Paul just took a deep breath and started talking.

"Many years ago, we were just vampires, wolves and humans; we didn't mix up with humans or wolves and vice versa. After some arguments with and fights with the wolves we decided on giving the animals a chance to feed on them, and even though they didn't completely took our thirst away, we sticked to it, teaching the new borns to control their thirst and so on... until a wolf fell in love with a human. Then all the problems began again, you see, when we decided to feed ourselves with animals, we also decided that no wolf or vampire could change or let a human find out about our existence. When we found out about this we panicked. Our kind could be exposed.

The arguments began, as Alexis Riverdale, the wolf, claimed this young human girl was his mate and that he wasn't going to leave her and his pack backed him up, our clans prepared to fight and kill them both. Alexis knew we were coming and told her the whole truth, he told him about us, he showed her his wolf form, everything, she accepted it and accepted him as his mate. He marked her and she became the first human-half wolf in the whole world. The battle to kill her lasted for at least 5 years, we came again to a deal, no other human will be involved in our world ever again, and they could not have any children at all or they would be hunted 'til death.

But that woman had a secret, she was already pregnant, she had two mutts growing inside her, she said nothing knowing it will get her, Alexis and their children dead, by the time we found out about it they were already gone. Nobody knew about them or where they were, we looked for them for years but we didn't found them that easy.

During that search, one of our kind fell in love with a human, we didn't know what to do, kill him, kill her or let the wolves do whatever they wanted with them. This vampire, John Castle took the lead and talked with the elders from every wolf pack and with the royals of every clan, we decided to stop the hunt on Riverdale and they would be no hunt on Castle, and no children whatsoever.

Years went by and soon Erica, John's wife got pregnant, the wolves came to kill her but when they found them, they also found Alexis some miles nearby, he was alive, with his wife, two boys and one girl, they had no choice to but back off and leave John and Erica alone.
