Note: this chapter has a smexy scene ;)

If you're not comfortable with this kind of stuff you can skip the part where it all happens :)

Tomorrow is a very special day. For both me and Michael. Tomorrow is our wedding, and I'm beyond excited. It's so weird. I'm getting married to the man who used to be that kid who would sit in the back of class, never spoke, had no friends, was anti-social, and considered to be "emo"

I thought that, in the beginning, we'd just be friends, have awkward moments of silence, and then when we both went our separate ways, we'd never really see each other again. But now look at us.

We're both in the car, on our way to where our wedding will be held; Michael driving, and our daughter, Addilyn in the back, sound asleep. She's three now. God, where did the time go?

Not a lot of people Michael knows will be at the wedding. He has a job and sadly, he claims the people he works with and talks to ocassionally to be "acquaintances," rather than "friends," and he still has no touch with his parents or family, and I wish he would, because it makes me really sad and-- you know what? This weekend is supposed to be happy. Happy times and happy thoughts.

"Kayla?" Michael taps his fingers on the steering wheel. "C-Can you drive? I don't feel good."

"Oh? Are you nervous?"

He nods. "Yes."

I giggle. "Mikey, we're not getting married until tomorrow."

"I know," he sighs, "but I'm just scared for the actual reception. I know when I see you walk down the aisle, I'm gonna be really, really happy and just-- everyone's gonna know. . ."

"Michael, it'll be fine. Don't worry," I reassure him. "Besides, no one will be looking at you. They'll be looking me instead, because I'm clearly better than you."

"Oh, shut up." he laughs.

"Hey, that's a bad word!" Addilyn shouts from the backseat.

Michael looks at me, then looks at her. "You're right. I'm sorry."

"You better be." she replies, with complete sass.

"How long have you been awake?"

"Uh, like, a hundred minutes."

"So, you've been awake for an hour and fourty minutes?" Michael asks.

"No. I said I've been awake for a hundred minutes. Get your facts straight!" she sasses.

I have to cover my mouth to keep me from laughing out loud. She is so sassy, and really puts Michael in for it. It's hilarious.

"Well, do you want me to drive or not?" I ask.

"No. I changed my mind."

"Okay." I lean back in the seat, and close my eyes.

---

I wake up to the feeling of someone poking me.

I groan, opening my eyes and see that it's Michael who's poking me.
