The following day I spent the day with Rayne. This breakup is taking a toll on her and I was worried about her. She had always been a strong person but ever since Micah dumped her at Janet's wedding, she hasn't been the same. She rarely eats and barely sleeps. What's really weird was she wasn't petty/sarcastic with Prince when he would come over and hang out. She helped me when Prince and I had a falling out so it was my turn to help her out.

"Rayne I know that this is a hard time for you but we need to get you out of the house. I actually have an idea." I said.

"What is it?" She asked.

"Well I called your sister Demi up and asked her if we could drop by and see her and Anai and she said yes so get dressed."

"Well I haven't seen them in a while so sure. Give me ten minutes to get ready."

I stepped out of her room and got myself ready. My plan was working and I was super excited. After we were dressed we headed out to Demi's house which was 20 minutes away. She lived in a nice house with her husband Keith and their 4 year old daughter Anai. Demi was three years older than Rayne and they were super close.

"Rayne, Cassia! It's so good to see you!" Demi said hugging us both.

"It's good to see you too. Where's Anai? Rayne asked.

"In her playroom. Rayne why don't you go see her while I talk to Cassia?"

"You two better not be planning something."

Rayne left to go spend some time with Anai while Demi and I sat in the dining room and talked about Rayne's current situation.

"So how's Rayne doing since the breakup?"

"She's not herself. This breakup has broken her down and I don't know what to do." I sighed.

"What about taking her out to blow off some steam? I'm sure a night out at the club will make her feel better and forget about that dumbass." Demi suggested.

"That's a great idea! Want to come with?"

"Yeah sure. I'm sure Keith won't mind watching Anai for one night."

A few minutes later, Rayne came downstairs holding Anai in her arms. She was one of the cutest little girls I have ever seen and she considered me as one of her aunts.

"Auntie Cassia's here!" Anai shouted.

"Hey lovebug! How's my princess doing?" I asked hugging her.

"Good. Guess what?"

"What?"

"I'm star of the week in my class."

"That's great! Auntie Rayne and I are so proud of you!"

Rayne and I spent a few hours hanging out and Demi and I told Rayne about our idea to get her out of the funk that she was in. Of course she was hesitant at first but eventually she gave in. We planned to go out that Friday night and it would be just us, no boyfriends and no husbands. We planned on helping Rayne getting her groove back and making her forget all about that asshat.

The week went by fast and things between Prince and I are pretty decent. We were getting along and his movie was almost done filming. I was so proud of him and I had a feeling that the movie and the album that was partnered up with the movie was going to blow him up. I became less jealous of the girls who would throw themselves at him because at the end of the day, I belonged to him and he belonged to me.

"Babe you don't mind if I go out with the girls tonight do you?" I asked during one of our phone conversations.

"No not at all. Who's going?" Prince asked.

"Just me, Rayne and Demi. Hopefully this will lift up Rayne's spirit." I replied.

"I hope so too. Have fun and be safe. I love you with all my heart."

"I love you too handsome."

We said our goodbyes and hung up. I walked to the bathroom to get ready. Tonight was going to be one of the best nights of our lives and I can't wait to just let loose and have a great time.
