Avoiding spoilers for TV shows/ films etc can seem impossible in this world where everyone shares everything online but there are some ways to avoid spoilers.
1. Avoid social media tags/ accounts that you know will give you spoilers.
2. If someone tries to engage in conversation with you about the episode you haven't seen, calmly let them know that you don't want spoilers (if that fails just cover your ears).
3. Try and watch the episode as soon as you can, this way no one can spoil it for you. This one may sound quite simple but it's just common sense
4. Download spoiler- blocking apps which filter out things with keywords that put in. Example of app (which I've just found off the internet so I don't know how well it works)
Tweetdeck- blocks out tweets with keywords that you've put in
5. Accept that you may have to deal with some spoilers, and that avoiding all spoilers will be quite hard.
