Raven POV

It was nine o' clock in the morning. I was walking to school, even tough I was way too late. It didn't matter anyways, I was going to skip it. Jeff would be waiting for me at the entrance to take me to the mansion. A few hours ago I said goodbye to Cilan. He left to join the army, and we would meet again in one month. In the upcoming war. I would do everything to protect him. I changed my mind. I would protect Cilan instead of sacrificing myself. I would join them for a while, only for training. I was crazy agreeing with them! I growled something to myself and saw a few kids waiting at the school entrance. Fuck. Kids from my class. They ran up to me and pushed me to the floor. They circled me. I recognized them.  Jamie, Jenno, Alyssa, Bobby and Ronald. They wanted to beat me up, it wasn't hard to see. Ronald placed his foot on my stomach and stood on me. 

''Hello little killer.'' He spat on me. Alyssa and Jamie started to laugh really hard at me. I pushed Ronald off of me and tried to stand up. Bobby kicked me in my stomach to I fell down again. They laughed again. Alyssa got on her knees and slapped me in the face. 

''We all know that you killed Esther. We know that you own five dogs and trained them to kill...'' She bit her lip and stood up. Jesse was her best friend. Alyssa's eyes shot fire and she kicked me really hard. They all backed down, and let me stand up. I did and tried to run away. I heard something clicking behind me and stood still immediately. I recognized the sound, it was a gun. They where quiet and so was I. I turned around and felt a hand on my shoulder. It was cold. I smiled and could smell it was Jeff.

''W...Who's that?'' Bobby asked. His voice was shaking as he saw the blood spots on Jeff his hood. 

''It is another creep, ew!'' Alyssa squeaked. She pushed Jamie with her elbow. ''Just pull over the trigger already.'' She hissed to Jamie. Jamie was sweating what made Bobby growl. 

''Geez, its probably her boyfriend. Just kill them already.'' He hissed. Jamie moved her thumb , but the gun was grabbed out of her hands. Ben, Masky, Sally and the Rake where standing behind them. They screamed very hard and started crying. 

''Play with us.'' Sally giggled. 

The rake his eyes where growing white and he slashed two of them dead with his enormous claws. They where stuck between his ribs, so he pulled them out too. Alyssa, Jamie and Ronald where left. Ben looked up. 

''You shouldn't have done that...'' He was holding the gun and shot Jamie in her head. There where no more bullets so Masky and Sally killed Alyssa and Ronald. I there. Smiling like an idiot. Jeff hugged me a bit but let go very fast. 

''Are you okay?'' He asked softly. I nodded. He was in a good mood today, first time since years! I grinned a bit and held my stomach. It  like hell. Sally ran up to me and hugged my legs. She wasn't big enough to give me a proper hug. It was cute. 

''Raven!'' She giggled. I smiled back. I didn't dislike her anymore. She was cute. I patted her head and cocked my head. 

''Thanks.'' I mumbled shyly. I was feeling ashamed. I should have stopped them myself, this time I'd let others do that for me. I was blushing slightly and Jeff petted my head. I growled and turned around to him with my hands on my waist. 

''Stop that.'' I sniffed annoyed. Jeff laughed a bit and grabbed my arm. He whispered a soft ''no.'' in my ear what made me groan of annoyance. He smirked and turned to Sally, Masky and the Rake.

''What are you guys going to do?'' 

''Hunting, pwease?'' Sally pulled at masky's hood. Masky rolled his eyes and nodded. They went off to the school. I wanted to stop them but Jeff placed his hand for my mouth so I could not talk. ''Hush it  you.'' He whispered. His breath stank a lot. Gross. He pulled me with him to the forest. It was a long walk. Really long. He'd never let go of my mouth, so I had to breathe into his filthy, bloody and smelling hand all the time. Did he ever wash himself? When we got at the house he finally let go of me. I jumped away from him and coughed.
