Chapter Five: Amusment Park Fun

As for Worlds of Fun being for teens and kids...well, I guess Taylor and I gave up our fight with Viviana.
    We walked in a triad shape towards the entrance of World of Fun. The sound of scraping metal across the concrete filled the night air, along with screams, wooshing sounds of roller coasters and evil laughs.
    Viviana once inside the creepy park pulled out a big map and started talking with Taylor. I tuned out.
    I decided to look up at the night sky. It was a beautiful dark blue tonight. The moon was full and bright giving light to the somewhat dark amusement park. Although the amusement park did have lights they are not bright enough to give light through the park. I kept looking around. I thought it was funny to watch a bunch of teens get scared out of their wits when they would pass through this section.
    I then felt something. A feeling I never wanted to have again. I looked around me in horror. I felt something staring at me. I tried to find a black swirling figure somewhere but could find nothing except for a boy. A handsome young man to be exact.
    Early 20s, blonde slightly curly hair. His hair was shaggy and he had deep brown eyes. He was gorgeous. Sharp but yet slender jaw, long muscular nose, brown eyebrows. He was about six feet tall and had a lean but muscular build to his body.
    He was dressed as a bad boy should. Dark wash jeans with black boots, a grey loose fitting t-shirt and a leather jacket with the jersey knit hood on it. He leaned like Jordan Catalano in My So-Called Life.
    "Mollie!" I heard Viviana hiss. I turned around. Both Taylor and Viviana had looks on their faces that told me a story of how many times they called my name. "Sorry," I stumbled. "What were you saying?" Taylor and Viviana looked at each other and rolled their eyes. "We're going to that new attraction," Viviana explained, annoyed. "And it's over that way!" She pointed in the direction we had to head.
    "Actually its over that way." I whiplashed my head around. The gorgeous man leaning over on one of the unused food stands was right behind me. I closed my gaping mouth. The guy pointed in the opposite way that Viviana did.
    I looked over to where he once stood while Viviana fought verbally on where the location was. But how? I thought. How could he have gotten all the way from over there which was 7 yards away to here? I turned my head back to him. He looked at Viviana and I over heard him say that he worked at the parks. He knew the area he firmly said to Viviana. Could he have walked or ran over here that fast? I pondered. But I never heard him slam his feet on the ground to run or patter his way over here? I looked up at him. His eyebrows were furrowed and his brown eyes bore a fire in them that could kill all of Kansas City. What are you? That was one of my last thoughts about him before Taylor screamed.
    "Shut up you two!" Taylor sighed and threw his hands downs to his sides. "Viviana, let whoever he is," "Thane." He interrupted. Taylor nodded and gripped Viviana's shoulder. "Let Thane show us the way." Taylor calmly stroked her shoulder. "Fine!" Viviana growled. She rolled her eyes. "Lead us the way!" Viviana hissed. Thane's thin lips curled into a smirk of confidence. "Thank you." He remarked.

    He had shown us to the attraction. Vampire's alleyway was plastered up above the entrance. "Good luck!" He spoke. "And good luck to you." He winked at me and swaggered away.
    Vampire's alleyway was a maze that went through with vampires that supposedly scared you. We all held hands tightly right before we were pushed into the maze. We screamed; we shouted and then something broke us apart. I reach and grabbed and screamed out their names but no answers happen. I tried to see Viviana and Taylor through the strobe but could see nothing. Not until I turned around. "Hello Mollie!" Thane smiled. He held up a large stick that came off a a tree and swung it down. At me.
