Part 11:- Perfectley Fine.

Eleven ran and ran and ran, trying to get away from the revolting creature. She had cuts all over her left leg and it was bleeding. Bleeding really bad.
Suddenly, something grabbed her by the ankle. It dragged her towards it. She was screaming, begging: "Help! Help! Stop! Please!"
It replied to her screams with an ear-trenching screech.
Then....

El burst into tears, sat up in her bed, shaking, breathing heavily. "Your alive. You're alive you are alive.", she repeated to herself again. She got out of bed trembling and walked to the bathroom to take a bath.

Whilst bathing, El closed her eyes and had a vision.
A tall, dark figure stood in front of her. Soon after, it became very clear in view.

It was Will.

"I'm sorry.", was all he said before Eleven came back to reality.

She quickly exited the bathroom and went back to Nancy's room. El looked into the wardrobe and picked out some shorts and a simple, blue spaghetti top.

She slowly walked down the stairs to find a steaming plate of fresh Eggo waffles sitting on the counter.

"Morning El.", said Mike startling the girl a little.

"Morning Mike.", she replied.

"Hopper called. He said he can pick you up in a few minutes if you want him to or you can stay here."

"I'll rather stay here. I mean, if that's okay with you."

"Yeah yeah, it's fine."

Their conversation had died down until Mike broke the silence with a question.

"El?"

"Yes?"

"Your nightmare last night. Are you sure you're okay? Do you want to talk about it? 'Cos I'll be happy to-"

"Like I said, I'm perfectly fine."

"Look Eleven, I know for a fact that something is wrong. Don't be scared to tell me. I can help.", he said whilst gripping her wrist.

She slowly turned around to face Mike and broke down. With tears streaming down her face,
Mike enveloped her into a tight hug.

"It's ok. I'm here now. There's no need to be afraid.", he whispered into her ear.
