If you guys didn't cry last chapter, it's fine, because I know not all of you are as sensitive as me when it comes to seperation.

======================================

A month later...

Aira's POV

Looking at the guy struggling to move away from me even though one of his legs isn't connected to his body, I throw my knife at the top of his head, smiling coldly, "That's what you get for crushing the bones in my leg, Wes-san."

When he finally dies, I pulled the knife back out, cleaning the handle before throwing it back down and walks away, leaving the body in the dark alley.

Going back into my hotel room, I quickly take a bath, wrinkling my nose at the smell of blood and the black hair dye going into the drain. "Why is this even necessary?" I mumble to myself as I put my clothes on, looking at a rose ring and hugs it.

The ring was the hairclip Karma gave to me for Christmas, but the fright of losing it made me change the entire thing into a ring. "I will be back soon, Karma." I whisper, smiling slightly.

Walking out of the bathroom, I frown slightly when I see grandmother standing there waiting for me. "Grandmother, what is it?"

"The man you are going to assassinate next is going to leave here in a few hours, so the scehdule has changed. I need to dye your hair again and cut it as well, because it seems like it will get blood on it easily." She explains, gesturing for me to sit.

Walking over to the chair, I sit down and look into the mirror, my frown deepeningh when I see my face shape sharper and paler.

She sighs slightly, taking up a pair of scissors and starts to cut the long strands away. "If you want to be back with them sooner, you have to be quicker. You only have one month left."

"I know. I even changed my style of assassination." I reply, watching as my now shoulder-length hair slowly dyed back into black, tears coming into my eyes. Even though I know the dye will come off, and it has been like this for a lot of time, it still doesn't erase the feeling of losing something important.

"It's done. Don't let it touch the water until it is dry. I am going to take the things you need."

Looking closer at the sorrow in my eyes, she sighs. "I know you miss them, but don't stay in the past, focus on the present, and look forward to the future. Do your best now, and have a happy ending later." She smiles, taking a step back.

When she leaves the room, I hide my face into my hands, and cries quietly.

Third Person's POV

Karma opens his eyes groggily and sits up, putting his hand onto the back of his neck and frowns.

For half the month, every time he sleeps, a girl is inside his dream, but when he tries to reach out to her to see her face clearly, all he can see is a broken smile and tears on her cheeks as she fades away, causing him to wake up.

Suddenly, his phone rings, and he picks it up, looking at the message.

From: Shiota Nagisa

To: Akabane Karma

Karma, gather at the Kunugigaoka cafe by 11.

From: Akabane Karma

To: Shiota Nagisa

Why?

From: Shiota Nagisa

To: Akabane Karma

Because it is about a dream the class has been having.

By the time Karma is at the cafe, the whole class has already arrived. "Ah, Karma, you are here." Nagisa smiles slightly.

"How could I not come? That dream has been bugging me for so long." He sighs, sitting down.

"But I think everyone's dream is different. Only the girl appearing in it is the same." Kayano frowns. "What I dreamt was a girl saving me from getting killed by Reaper 2.0, and she died instead. But I can't see her face..."

"Oh, for me, she stopped Takaoka-sensei from hurting me." Kanzaki replies, holding her head confusingly. "Did anyone ever see her face?"

They all shake their head, but then Rinka suddenly said, "She has eyes like Nagisa's, but that's all I remember."

"Heh...Okajima-kun, give me your phone." Maehara orders, and the boy throws him his phone, letting him look through the photos.

After a while, his eyes brighten and exclaims, "I think this is the girl!"

When he shows everyone the photo, Karma looks at the girl with lilac hair and unconsciously whispers, "Aira..."

Everyone immediately looks towards him, but he doesn't care and quickly stands up, taking his bag from the chair and races out.

"Karma, where are you going?" Nagisa asks worriedly, standing up.

The red head stops and without turning around, explains shortly, "I am going to find Karasuma-san and Irina-san. If the girl has been in our class before, then they will know who she is."

"Then, I am coming with you. I am not going to let you leave on your own, because the girl seems like someone important to me." Kayano exclaims, quickly walking over to him.

He smiles at her slightly and nods, "Got it. We will be back soon."

The others nod back, and the two of them walk out of the cafe and away.

**********

In the Ministry of Defense, when Karasuma is just done with moving to the new office, someone rushes in and exclaims, "Chief! There's a boy and a girl wanting to see you!"

He frowns, asking, "How do they look?"

"The boy has red hair while the girl has black hair."

Akabane Karma and Kayano Kaede?

"She guessed right." He whispers to himself before saying louder, "Let them come and go and find Irina for me."

"Yes, sir!"

After a minute, Karma and Kayano run in, slightly out of breath. "Why are the two of you here?" Karasuma asks, looking at them.

"Karasuma-san, please tell me who she is." Kayano begs, taking out her phone and shows the picture to him.

He looks at the photo of Aira and sighs, "Sit down first, we will wait for Irina before I can explain."

"So she exists?" Karma asks, his brows furrowing.

Just then, Irina comes in and said, "Not only does she exist, the two of you were even dating."

Okay, I am not sure if this is like a cliffhanger, but...I swear, I am writing the next chapter right now.
