Third Person's POV
"Not only does she exist, the two of you were also dating."
Karma's eyes widened in shock, and quickly shouts, "How is that possible!?"
"You have no idea, do you?" Irina sighs, sitting down. "Calm down for a second. I will tell you what happened to her."
"Then who is she to me?" Kayano asks curiously.
"She is your cousin." Karasuma replies shortly.
"Then what happened? Why did we...forget?" Karma whispers, leaning back.
"Well..." Irina mumbles, looking at Karasuma before telling them what happened a month ago.
***a month ago***
"Karasuma-san, Irina." Aira smiles slightly, but they can see the faint circles under her eyes.
"Aira, what happened?" Irina asks worriedly, letting her sit down. But she just stands back up, and bows deeply. "Please, protect the E Class." She pleads.
"Why? Are they coming for you again?"
She shakes her head, explaining, "I told my grandmother to give them the selective amnesia poison which will last for two months, because I am leaving for this whole summer to America."
Immediately, Irina stands up in shock, exclaiming, "Your grandmother!? The Ghost Poisoner!?"
Aira winces slightly but stands back up straight, nodding. "Just so you know, she doesn't like hearing that nickname. But, I know that she is great in making similar poisons, so I asked her to make it. Anyway, after a month, I am sure Karma and Kayano will come over to ask you guys who I am. Tell them what happened today."
"How would you know?"
"Because after 3 weeks, the poison will lose its effect and they will start to see me in their dreams with a specific memory, but they won't be able to see my face."
"Then what are you doing in America? For research, or...assassination?" Karasuma asks, finally talking.
She looks at him quietly and replies, "Assassination. If they didn't tell me they were going to use all the torture they did on me to Karma and Kayano, they can die peacefully. But unfortunately, They just don't know the rage of an assassin."
Then, a cold smile appears on her face, and an uncontrollable bloodlust comes out as she whispers, "They will pay the price for mentioning them."
***End of Flashback***
Silence falls upon the entire room, and the two former teachers look at them sorrowfully.
Karma puts his forehead against his fists, hiding the widened mercury eyes that seem to lose all the life.
Suddenly, a small fragment of memory appears in his mind.
A girl with tear-filled blue eyes and lilac hair gives him a smile filled with heartbreak, whispering, "Sayonara, Karma."
"Why did she do that? Why did she want us to forget about her?" He mumbles, and Kayano swallows thickly, sobbing silently.
"Because she only has you."
Hearing Irina's words, he suddenly makes a choice and looks up, determination in his eyes. "Do you know where she will be in? I need to find her."
"Gomen, I don't know. But even if I do know, I won't tell you." Irina sighs, holding her forehead.
"Why? We just want to—" Kayano quickly argues, but Karasuma cuts in, "We promised her we would protect you and stop you from going to find her. Except for her location, you can ask anything else."
"Then, who is her last target?" Kayano asks, and Irina chuckles lightly, "Well, she didn't say we can't tell you. Her next target is the most dangerous. Are you sure you want to know?"
The two of them nod, and she replies, "Well, if you get killed, don't come and haunt me."

By the time the two of them are back to the cafe, the E Class is getting irritated and impatient. "Did the two of ya go for a walk aroun' the park before comin' back?" Terasaks scoffs.
Okay, maybe just Terasaka.
"Don't be like this, Terasaka-kun. So what did they say?" Nagisa asks, and the two of them quickly explained to the whole class about who she is and what she did to them.
"So she was a classmate, and she is Karma's girlfriend? Huh, that's nice. So did she erase of Nagisa and Kayano dating memory as well?" Rio said jokingly, but even her voice is shaking slightly.
Everyone has a distressed look on their faces, but then Nagisa smiles, "Kayano, Karma, you know when and where her last target will be, right?"
The two of them nod, a bit confused. "Then we can find her!" He explains, grinning.
"You are right. Min'na, our summer mission will be going to America and find Aira back!" Isogai smiles, and the whole class grins.
"Yes!"
Weird ending, I know. And merry christmas by the way. And also happy birthday to the cute Karma!!
