A Blur

Leaving the airport was crazy. There were security everywhere. It turns out that Harry wasn't supposed to be in that area of the airport and that the rest of the band was waiting on him while we had our little heart-to-heart.

Harry handed me a hat, glasses, and a jacket. It all smells like him. They must be his. He tells me to put them on and cover my face the best I can. I need to stay a mystery girl.

I nod, taking a deep breath. We go in pairs. There are three SUVs. First go Liam and Zayn, then the security guard comes back for Niall and Louis. I have time to take one more deep breath before it's time for Harry and I to go.

The doors open and it's absolute madness. Flashes are everywhere, reporters are screaming, asking who I am and why I was hidden, blah blah blah. Adrenaline is coursing through my body like a madman. Harry hoists me up into the SUV then gets himself in, showing a million dollar smile first, and shuts the door.

"How are you doing?" He asks with a small smile. He is so used to all of this.

"I feel fine. That is crazy. Do you deal with that all of the time?"

"Yeah. It's usually not that bad, though. I think me having a beautiful girl at my side stirred things up a little."

I blush at the comment. I know I am pretty, but I've never been called beautiful.

"So, where is the show?" I ask, changing the subject. It's another something I picked up from my mother.

"It's at the Georgia Dome. When we get there, you'll be taken to hair and make up. Then..." He says and I zone out.

I remember what happened when Harry brought me back to the band and management. They were furious. They kept yelling about me like I wasn't there. Finally, they said I had to pretend to be Harry's girlfriend. We both immediately said no. I didn't want to because, well, I don't want my first boyfriend to be fake. I don't know why Harry said no. It slightly hurt my feelings, but, I got over it quickly. Management finally said that I could be a date, but my identity had to stay disclosed. We were both fine with that.

After that fiasco, I went to meet the boys. They were all so nice. Liam really is the sweet, father like guy. The rest are just as crazy as I had imagined.

Harry is different. He seems so down to earth. On television and in the papers, he is made out to be a horny, well, asshole. I can see now that he isn't.

".... And then we will get on the plane back to England and you will have your trip back," he sat there for a good five minutes explaining how the day is going to work. Poor guy. I can't ask him to tell me again.

"Alright. Sounds good to me. It is much better thang alternative," I sigh.

"What are you going to do when we get to London? Like, where are you going to stay?" He questions. His tone is light, but his eyes ask the question much deeper.

"I-," I really don't know. Payson had the room arrangements. I absolutely forgot about that. She said her dad had some kind of vacation club membership. She had all of that taken care of. I can't tell him that I have nowhere to stay. That would be terrible. I have to lie. "I'm just staying at a house that I read on the Internet. There is a lady who rents out rooms in her house to travelers," wow really? That's the best lie I can come up with?

Harry looks unsure. He doesn't believe me. I wouldn't believe me, either. He begins,"If you need-"

"Harry, it's time. Hadley, shades and jacket on. Keep cover. Stay close. This is a zoo," Harry's body guard tells up.

I got out of my lie this time. If he brings it up again, I'll have to figure out how to cover my little white lie with another.

We take a step out of the SUV and are met with flashes and screams and questions. There are more here than at the airport. Harry's arm wraps around my waist, keeping me close. I nuzzle my face into his neck, hoping I'm doing alright with trying to stay unrecognized.
