When I wake up, my pillow is moving up and down, slowly. A frown covers my face and I lift up to see the problem. Somehow during the night, the barrier of pillows made it's way to the floor and my head ended up on Harry's chest. His arm is still slung around me and my legs intertwined with his. This is not the type of situation I've been in before.
Carefully, I tried to unwind myself from Harry's legs. However, it's difficult when he keeps pulling me back towards him like a magnetic force. After much effort, I managed to unwind myself from Harry and tiptoe into the bathroom quietly to get ready for the day. It is almost 7, which means we have to leave for the plane in a little while.
By the time I brush my hair and straighten it, and brush my teeth, it's a little past 7, so I wake Harry up with a little difficulty.
"Harry, wake up," I nudge him. "Come on, were going to be late!"
He moans and groans. This man is impossible to awaken. The clock keeps ticking, so I take action into my own hands.
Slowly, I reach down and press my lips to his. He takes a few seconds to register what is happening, then his lips begin to move with mine. Unexpected, he reaches over and pulls me on too of him. At that point, my legs are straddled on either side of him.
"I'm up now," he chuckles as I pull away.
"Come on. We need to hurry. We have to meet everybody in 15 minutes."
I hurry off of him and walk back into the bathroom with my clothes for the day in hand.
When 7:35 rolls around, we are running out the door to meet everybody downstairs. This has become a habit of ours. We always make people wait for us.
The elevator door dings for us to get in and Macy is in the small, confined dungeon tapping her foot. To my surprise, she has flats on. No clacking today. I smile.
"About time," is all she says with a roll of her eyes and a purse of her lips.
After exchanging small smirks and glances, Harry and I join her on the elevator.
In the lobby, the small team from management and the rest of the band are waiting for us.
Louis is the one out of the bunch to speak up.
"It's nice of you to join us. I hope you got some sleep last night," he teases with a wink.
"Not as much as you, but I found something else to keep me awake other than getting a full nights rest," Harry retorts, with a wink back at Louis.
"Now, now," Macy butts in. She always has to ruin any sort of fun. "It's time to go. The exit is clear of people, so go ahead out to the limo."
Limo? What happened to the SUVs?
I try to pull along my suitcase with me, but Harry puts a hand over mine, shaking his head. Apparently, we're too good to carry our own bags.
The limo is a sleek black color with chrome detailing. The inside is black leather, and the bar area is completely empty. I'm guessing they don't want to have a drunken band on a plane.
"Hadley," Harry speaks up. The other boys are having their own conversations and Harry and I had been sitting quietly for the past few minutes. I didn't notice his hand lying on top of mine until now.
"Mmm," I hum.
"What are you going to do when you get to London? Be honest. I know for a fact that you're not staying at a house that an old lady rents out to travelers."
I can't lie to him. His eyes are too soft and they are pleading for the truth.
"I honestly don't know," I breathe the truth, because, well, I honestly don't know.
