When they did reach Whiskey Peak the townspeople greeted them. Something was up and if a unnatural number of tombstones told her one thing, bounty hunters. It looked like most of the crew knew something was up but Luffy did not notice that she knew.
Ignoring the townspeople she headed to the ship. It was pitch black but someone else was here. 'Hello Hawkeyes.' Turning around Aya spotted the man who acted as if it was normal to suddenly to appeare. A soft breeze moved her hair as she watched the man.
Why was he here ?
'Hello,' he said, it took a while for him to greet her. Smirking in the moonlight his eyes gleamed with a strange light. 'Are you scared of me ?' it sounded like he was teasing her.
Smirking,'I did not expect to see you here.' He tilted his head like a hawk trying to figure out its prey. So cute. 'I did not expect a serious person like you to talk to me.'
'I expected someone like you to run away from me.' Tilting her head,' Why is that ? ' Dodging her question,'What is your name ?' He soon got closer to her, feeling her heart beat suddenly beat increase. 'My name is Aya and yours ?' She knew his name but she had manners. Holding out her hand which was soon engulfed by his much larger one. She could feel his warmth.
'Mihawk, Dracule Mihawk,' he said. Eyes looking at hers Aya felt she might blush, focusing on the red liquid to not move from its original course. A though of a unanswered question appeared. 'So Mihawk can you answere a question for me ?'
'Yes,' he said. Inside I squealed and blushed. I could not get over his deep. accented voice. It just made er melt inside. Taking a breath to calm herself down. 'What is a Shichibukai ?' she remembered how the others had acted when they heard the word.
'You don't know what a Shichibkai is ?' Form his tone, he sounded astonished and curious. 'No, no one explained when I came to- I mean here.' That was close, Aya did not want to explain what she was, it scared her what he and the others. Sanji knew she was different but he did promise not to tell. 'I have a good reason to not know any of this but I am afraid of your possible reaction.' Aya explained shyly.
Hawkeye seemed to be allright with that and decided not to ask her, so he explained that they were. 'Thank you.' 'but why does everyone call you hawkeyes, I think they look like deep shade of honey or amber.' I thought this out loud.
'Are my eyes not errie to you ? Don't you know who I am ?' He was trying to be scary but Aya shook her head. 'No, my mom is scarier then you so stop trying and I think your eyes are a lovely sight.'
'I see you have no knowledge of me. That is understandable, but what about other basic matters, such as the grandline, red line, or the world government ?' he asked. I guess he wasn't taken aback about my comment.
'No I don't know anything -' all of a sudden, an explosion from the town. I sighed. I expected this from Luffy or something like that.
'Damn, bet its my captain. I hope he noticed that the townspeople are bounty hunters.' Zoro too, would be involved. Turning to look at Hawk eyes,'Sorry but I have to go, it was nice talking to you.' Taking a step forward she felt a hand on er shoulder, looking back she saw a snail in his hand,'Here's my number.' And with that she ran as fast as possible.
Lets just say that Luffy did not realize that the townspeople were bounty hunters and started to fight the other crew members, mainly Zoro. And we ended up rescuing royalty that at first tried to kill us.
After manipulating the ground and getting our pictures taken by a seal who for some reason was a good sketch artist. We were on shichibukai Crocodiles black list, meaning hit list. Great we learn something we should nit have because the princess Vivi could not keep her mouth shut.
Nami was not happy but the guys were happy, Ussup no he was scared. Zoro made a comment first Hawkeyes now Crocodile, he was happy. I almost blushed because no one except me knew that Warlord had visited me and that was to learn my name, not that I would mind getting to talk to him again.
When we got back a woman in a cowgirl outfit greeted us. She scared Vivi but I told her to calm down and took the object that she offered. 'Thanks.' with a wave of goodbye Aya went back to the girls room were she share with Nami and slept on the bed not caring if the money loving girl tried to get money from her, she would pay no attention.
Aya was soon woken up by a greedy Nami.Glaring Aya flashed her canines and threatened death. Scared Nami went to sleep on the cot. Being territorial Aya was not nice when threatened.
