~Madara's POV~

I looked around carefully and smirked slightly, detecting the Chakra of someone who seemed to be stalking me to my current destination.

I've come much to far in my research and experimentation to be stopped by anyone at this point.

Especially.....Hashirama!

"You can come on out" I called into the darkness of the night, my arms crossed over my chest "I know you're there and if you don't mind I want to avoid bloodshed for the time being."

Silence followed after my words were spoken but not for long as the trees near me began to rustle and a familair woman jumped out, her golden eyes blazing angrily.

"Where are you going at this time of night" she demanded.

I sneered slightly and walked over to her as she tensed up slightly and stared at me with eyes full of suspicion and hatred. I placed my hands on her shoulders and leaned close to her ear, making her tense up even more if possible.

"Tsubaki" I said "as Tobirama's mother, shouldn't you be worrying about his well being instead of getting your little head wrapped up in my personal affairs?"

She gritted her teeth in anger and pulled away from me as her golden eyes seemed to gleam dangerously in the moonlight. I must say, if she wasn't married to Butsuma I would gladly take a woman of such spice for myself.

"My son is none of your business!!"

"And my life is none of yours" I replied smoothly "I'll admit you Kiyomizu woman are particularly fiesty, especially those of the royal class like yourself. I suppose it's a trait picked up from your founder. What was her name again? Yu..."

"Just get out of my sight, Uchiha!"

I smirked slightly and knew I had struck a nerve. That name in particular seems to always have a Kiyomizu on the edge of their seats. I secretly stuck my hand into my pocket to make sure the vial of blood was still there.

"Very well....your highness."

Tsubaki turned on her heel amd stomped off as I watched the way her retreating figure seemed to glow and sway with such grace and beauty.

"My, my" I muttered to myself, continuing to walk to my destination "the Kiyomizu and Uchiha clan will never get along, but those Kiyomizu women are a sight for sore eyes."

*****

I arrived at my destination faster then anticipated and exhaled deeply before retrieving the vial of blood from my pocket and setting it on the table in front of me. I grabbed a pair of long white gloves and slipped them over my hands before activating my Sharingan and staring at the deceased animal before me.

"Now then...."

I grabbed a scapel and flipped the animal onto it's back before cutting it's torso wide open to reveal a black, shriveled up heart that had obviously not been used in quite some time. I scoffed and used the scapel to remove it before grabbing a tightly sealed jar nearby and looking into it.

"The heart of the Fox Sage in the Sekõ mountains" I murmured to myself, inserting it into the creature before stitching and mending the tubes to the new heart "you were quite the opponent."
