Where the hell am I?  Mingyu thought to himself

Mingyu got up from his laying position on the small coach he was sleeping on and looked around the room, realizing it was indeed his very own ex boyfriends apartment.

Mingyu had no idea how he got there, just knew that he didn't wanna be there.

It's not that Mingyu didn't want to talk to Wonwoo, he was just deadly afraid of what Wonwoo would say to him.

Mingyu looked down noticing his shirt was missing and searched frantically around him for the grey shirt.

Having no luck finding it in the room he was in, he walked into the next room hoping he'd find it there and be able to leave.

He walked into Wonwoo's kitchen and the memories flooded back to him, Wonwoo sucked at cooking so every chance he would get, he would ask Mingyu to cook for him.

The two ate many meals together in the very kitchen he was standing in, they built memories that couldn't be replaced.

Mingyu snapped out of his thoughts when a voice said, "I thought you'd never wake up."

Mingyu stared at Wonwoo not knowing what he should say but thankfully Wonwoo did the talking for him.

"I was gonna make you breakfast earlier but you know, I can't really cook."

"Ya, I know. Can I just get my shirt and go."

"It's in the dryer, you'll have to wait."

"May I ask why it was taken off of me and put in the wash?"

"It reeked of alcohol. I don't like that smell."

Mingyu then remembered what he was doing last night, he remembered partying and drinking, and maybe some girls grinding up against him, but he vaguely remembered what happened by the end of the night or how he ended up at Wonwoo's place.

"What am I doing here?"

"You passed out last night."

The only reason Wonwoo would take Mingyu home with him is if Mingyu passed out in front of him, and knowing Wonwoo, he would feel bad for seeing it and not doing anything about it.

"If you don't mind me asking, what were you doing at the party?"

"Soonyoung made me go, he needed a date."

Mingyu remembered Soonyoung hanging out with them a couple times, he was Wonwoo's best friend.

Mingyu used to get jealous of Soonyoung and complain that he spent too much time with Wonwoo.

Mingyu wondered if they were dating now, he had thought about Wonwoo moving on, but never with Soonyoung.

"Soonyoung's a bad boyfriend if he made you go knowing you didn't want to, but that's none of my business."

"He isn't my boyfriend."

Mingyu felt embarrassed at that moment for even saying what he said, it made him sound like some kind of jealous ex.

He suddenly felt vulnerable, his cheeks were burning and he covered his bare chest with his crossed arms.

"I want my shirt." Mingyu stated bluntly obviously ready to leave.

"What's your problem?"

Mingyu was taken aback by the question not knowing what he should answer to it.

Wonwoo continued on saying, "Ever since you woke up you wanted to leave."

"It's not like I wanted to be here anyway!"

Wonwoo was hurt by the abrupt statement and mumbled, "You passed out, I was only trying to help."

Mingyu noticed how small Wonwoo sounded at that moment and regretted the words he had said to Wonwoo.

"I'm sorry. As soon as I get my shirt I will be out of your way and you will never see me."

Wonwoo left the room and returned with a shirt, "Here, it's mine but yours isn't coming out of the dryer any time soon so just take mine and leave."

Mingyu observed the grey shirt, it was almost the same as his, but a different brand.

He quickly put on the shirt and left the boys house calling for a taxi.

He hated the shirt he was wearing. Although it was a perfect fit and the same color as his other one, it smelled like his ex.

He returned to his own dirty apartment that he'd never  bothered to clean and sat down on the couch.

Mingyu wanted to say so many things to Wonwoo, but nothing he could say would convince Wonwoo to get back with him.

He wished he could go back to that house and give a thousand apologies.

In the midst of his thoughts, a familiar beep sounded in his pocket. He pulled out the phone reading the message written across the screen.

Wonu: You left your wallet.

Mingyu reached in his pocket frantically searching for the thin black wallet, nothing. Nothing in any of his pockets but some lint and a gum rapper.

He had to go back to Wonwoo's apartment.

He couldn't, he had embarrassed himself enough for the day. He texted Wonwoo back saying, "I'll get it tomorrow."

A beep went off and the familiar nickname Mingyu had made for Wonwoo while they were dating popped up on his screen.

Wonu: I'll be at work tomorrow. Do you still have the extra set of keys I gave you?

Mingyu was ashamed to tell Wonwoo that he did still keep an extra set of keys.

He hadn't used the key since the day he returned Wonwoo's belongings to him. He had naturally put the key back in his pocket when he left and never dared to go back and return it to him.
