(nialls pov)

i park in the parking lot of the store and get out of my car. my hands are sweating and my legs are shaking. its now or never

i walk into the store, imediately greeted by a short blonde man with thick rim glasses.

"Hello there! im Austin. is there anything i could help you find?" he said with a big smile.

"Uhm.. im looking for a ring.." i said with a smile

*gasp*

"oh of course! right this way." Austin led me to the ring section of the store.

"see anything you like here?"

right as he said that, a beautiful gold ring caught my eye. perfect fot Calvin.

"i like that one." I said and pointed to the gold ring.

"yes, that one is lovely. your partner will love it!!" Austin smiled and patted my back.

"i hope he will." Austin smiled widely as he went behind the counter to take the ring out.

he took it out and helped me pick out a box to put it in.
i ended up picking out a dark purple colour. i paid for the ring and left. i got into my car and drove off towards our house.

im gonna ask calvin to be my husband. christ.

when i reached our house i put the ring in my back pocket and walked towards the door.

(Calvins pov)
i was in the kitchen making dinner when i heard the front door unlock. i looked around the wall to see my beautiful boyfriend, Niall walking through the door.

"hi baby!" I smiled and ran over to him and gave him a big hug. i was in such a good mood today.

"hello beautiful." He said as he kissed my cheek. "what are you doing?"

"Im making your favourite."

"oooh. spaghetti?"

"yes!"

Niall smiled widely and walked towards his room.

"ill be down in a minute." He said, running up the stairs quickly.

"okay" i said. what is that boy up to?

(Nialls pov)

i ran up to my room as fast as i could so i could think of a good plan to propose. i had an idea.

I sat down at my desk and opened a notepad and started thinking. heres what i got so far.

proposal ideas:

After dinner, we drive out to watch the sunset in out favourite flower field. and when the stars come out, i pop the question.

do the cliché sign and flower bit.

I ran out of ideas. why was i pushing this too fast? i might need a few days. i want this to be special for calvin. i will propose to him by the end of the week.. i hope.

i closed my notepad and stood up quickly. i hid it just in case.

"Niall baby, dinners ready!" I heard Calvin yell from the kitchen.

Ill come up with more ideas later. now its time to go eat.
