Ariana's looked as if she saw a ghost as Kenzie spoke the dare.
"N-no-o you must b-b-be c-cr-raz-z-y," Ari stuttered
"What?, even a baby could do it," I laughed
"You're mental, there's monsters in there," she screamed.
"That's just an urban legend" I giggled, "Right guys," I said after an uncomfortable silence
"Mmmhmm," the girls finally nodded after they got the hint.
"Well, if it is. Then you guys can come with me." Ari spat
"Fine," I laughed "we're not little babies" I glared, I knew she hated it when people called her that.

As we walked, I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned back and I saw Haley.
"You were being pretty harsh on Ari," she said
"Well, someone needs to. She needs to learn that the world isn't all rainbows and sunshine. And who's the best person to teach her, a stranger or her friends" I shrugged.
"I guess your right," she said but she didn't seem sure
"Of course, I'm right"

We, finally, reached the edge of the forest. Tree's were towering above us, smirking at us, as if they knew. Taunting us as they danced in the wind. The little light the moon cast made the whole place creepier. Chills were crawling down my spines.

We were here. We were, finally, here. All we had to do was go to the abandoned well.

Suddenly, Kenzie screamed causing all of us to start
"WHAT!? WHAT HAPPENED" someone shrieked
"I KNEW WE SHOULDN'T HAVE CAME!" someone screamed
"GUYS, guys chill! It's only a prank" Kenzie laughed
"OMG, I'm going to kill you" I grunted, lunging forward to try to punch her shoulder, jokingly (of course) but her athletic physique was quicker than mine so my fist missed completely because she moved out of my way. I rolled my eyes.
"Can we just get this over with?" Ari glared,
"I second that," Haley replied " this place keeps getting creepier,"
"Yeah, lets go girls," I agreed

We walked, deeper and deeper into the jungle. Dark clouds forming above us, rumbling. Trees whispering from one another. I could hear little animals, presumably rats scurrying around. Occasionally, we would hear animals howling and every single time we would yelp.

After what seemed like forever, we had reached a small clearing in the forest. Right in the middle of the clearing, there was a stone well decorated in moss and adorned in vines, it had an old roof hanging above it with a pole across it. The wooden poul was wound with strings and attached to it was an old, dusty bucket. And at the side of the well ther was a . It was near a steep - yet small- jagged clif.

"So, are you ready, Ari?" Kenzie smirked
"Nope, but I don't have much of a choice," she finally said
"You don't," Kenzie laughed
"Ok, come on," Ari said

We walked towards the the cliff and stopped by it. Kenzie took her red backpack of her bag and tugged at the gold zippers. She pulled out a Ouija Board and a planchette.
"C'mon," she nudged at us.

During all this time, the clouds got darker, the sky was louder.

The storm was getting really close.

Haley looked frightened but not as frightened as Ariana.
"Don't worry! We will be ok forget about the storm," I chimed in sensing their worry.

We all walked forward, we were dangerously close to the cliff. We were standing in circle around the well but then... Lightning struck a tree near us and we started panicking. I felt an arm hit me as I felt my body being tossed down the rocky terrain, mercilessly. I could hear screaming but it seemed so far away and distant. I could feel my body hitting rocks and I could feel something warm and sticky drip across my body. The world was spinning as my vision faded to black. The last thing I saw was my dear friends smirking at me.

All I remember was waking up in the dark with a heavy weight on top of me. I could taste blood in my mouth. It took me a while to realize that I was in...
