Hello Matthew here. Why am I writing in this thing? This is fucking stupid.

So journal as you may have noticed I'm writing in you for no fucking reason. Wait is this a form of talking to yourself? Shit.

What has my life come to? FUCK. My best friend Emily gave me this as a joke and look what I'm doing!! Fuck! What is it with me and cussing today?

Here's what I'll do, if someone ever reads this before I burn it my life is good and bad. Good because I have a home, a family, food, and everything a kid could ever have. Bad because I'm gay and the jerks I used to call friends know. Only two of my friends still love me and protect me.

I'm not ashamed I did tell them after all its just I thought they cared about me. I sound like a girl. I should stop bye journal.

I put the journal underneath my mattress. I wasn't taking any chances. I go downstairs to the kitchen to get something to eat. My dad and mom are both there eating pancakes, eggs, and bacon.

"I saved you some over there." my mom says pointing next to the blender. A plate of pancakes, eggs, and bacon greets my hungry eyes.

"Thanks mum." I say. I may not be British but I got the habit of calling my mom mum. Some people say its weird but I don't give a fuck about what others think.

"Matt I want you to come with me to visit another pack. You've come of age to come and take care of yourself. Plus you don't get out much." he says smiling at me.

"Dad I'm 17 going on 18 and two I do go out. Once in a while." I mumble the last part. Ever since the bullying the jerks are always waiting for the chance to beat me up. Last time I had to spend the night at Emily's place so my parents wouldn't find out.

She's always telling me to "just tell them your gay". It's not that easy to go up to your parents which are the Alphas second in command of the Blood Red pack and say, "I'm gay! What are we having for dinner?" it doesn't work that way.

"Matthew just come with me this once. I want you to meet an old friend of mine."

"What pack is it?"

"The Full Moon pack." I stop eating. My mom and dad have told me the story about how mom was rescued by dad from a different pack but for a price. The Full Moons Luna. The alpha and my dad were best friends but he and my mom were banished after the alpha found out.

"Dad the alpha will have your head if you go back. And frankly I don't want to die yet."

"I called the pack and they were so excited the Luna fainted." my dad laughs.

"Aubrey was always so dramatic." he says thoughtfully.

"What do you think mum? Are you sending your only son to a pack that might kill me and dad for his mistake?"

"Hey-" dad is cut short by mom.

"If I do remember correctly Sam rescued me so without me you wouldn't be here. You did come out of my vagi-"

"Too much info mom please stop. I'd rather have my food stay in my stomach and not come up on the table again."

Thankfully she moves on and says, "I told your father to do it. Rather try to fix the misunderstanding then let it be a burden for the rest of your life."

"Why aren't you coming?" I ask her.

"Because the Luna asked me to help her out today. She's 8 months in and can barely walk for more than 5 minutes without getting tired." that was true. The Luna's belly was huge. She was expecting twins.
