Chapter 15: A New Escape

Julian's Pov.

"Dad we need to start looking for Matthew right now! How do you not understand that?!" I say yelling at him.

"He doesn't matter right now. We need to make sure you're fine first." at this I snap and can't take it anymore.

My eyes turn a light blue and I know Lucifer's out. I rip the needle that's pumping blood into me out. Then faster before my dad can get a word out I'm on top of him. My forearm on his chest pushing down so he can't get up.

"He doesn't matter. He doesn't matter!" Lucifer yells at him.

"He matters to me so if you don't send someone out to go look for him I'll go instead." Lucifer is about to continue but he flips us over and he pins me down to the floor.

"Lucifer. Give me back my son!"  dad says using his alpha voice.

"Not until you send someone to go look for Matthew." Lucifer says growling back at him trying to get free.

"Why are you so worried about Matthew? You don't care about anyone other than yourself Lucifer." he says pushing down on my chest even more.

"You want to know? You really want to know?" Lucifer says.

I scream at him from the inside not to tell him but he ignores me and says, "Matthew's our mate! Now you know the big secret, happy?" Lucifer says leaving my dad speechless.

At that moment my mom walks in, "Come to join the party?" Lucifer says mockingly.

"Lucifer! What is going on?" My mom asks.

"I just announced to dear old dad that I found my mate."

"That doesn't explain why he's pinning you down." she says crossing her arms.

"Well I told him that my mate was Matthew and he totally freaked out." Lucifer says with a smirk watching mom grow pale.

"I would love to stay and chat but got to go." Lucifer says finally letting me come up.

"Shit. I swear one day I'm going to beat myself up." I say.

"Julian. Is it true? Please tell me he was joking?" my mom says pulling dad off me.

I stand up and sit on the bed. "It's true. Which is why I was so insistent to find Matthew. I need him." I say.

"Oh honey…"my mom says about to hug me but stopped by dad.

"How is this possible? Are you gay?" he says looking at me shock.

"Yeah do you have a problem with that?" I say standing up.

"Yes I do actually." he says standing up straighter.

"Michael-" my mom begins to say but is shushed by my dad.

"How can you be OK with this? You'll never have a child. There will be two alphas. Our pack will be looked down upon." he says.

"Dad I don't care about that. Who cares if I have a mate that is a guy? You can send me away from the pack I don't give a crap. I love him."

"No this can't be happening. Not to my pack." my dad says running his hand through his hair.

"Michael." my mom says trying to catch his attention.

"Michael!" she says yelling at him.

"What?! Aubrey don't you see the Goddess messed up? We have to find some other way..." he says rambling on.

I can't take this anymore. Grabbing my clothes and throwing them on real quick I head out.

I reach the door when my mom says, "Where you going?"

Turning around I say, "Away from him."

"Here." she says throwing me the keys to the car and 50 bucks.

"Go escape for a while. Come back when you're ready." she says before walking back to dad.

I push the door open and that's what I do. I run to the car and escape.

I look and see my dad running behind me yelling at me. I push on the gas and go faster. I need a break and I know just where to go.

Holy fudge... Major plot twist. Who knew Michael didn't like gay people? And Aubrey being all cool and telling him to go and take a breather. I wish my mum were like that. Where is Julian going we'll find out soon.
