Chapter 11: A New Move

"Hey dad can I talk to you?" We were moving today to alpha Michael's house.

"Yeah sure. Hey grab those boxes right there and put them in the truck." I grab four medium sized boxes and walked with him to the truck outside.

Putting the boxes in the truck he says, "What did you want to talk about?"

We go to the porch and he leans on the rail looking out at my mom putting the last of the boxes into the truck. "Do you love me?" I blurt out.

"Of course I do. What would make you think otherwise?" he says turning to look at me.

"It's just that..." I trail off not knowing what to say.

How can I tell him I found my mate ad it's a guy. What if he disowns me? Where would I go? Emily's? Cody's?

"Matthew." my dad says snapping his fingers in my face.

I shake my head and say, "Dad I need to know that no matter what you will always be there. That you will not look at me any differently when I tell you what I'm about to say. That you will still have my back." I say looking at him in the eyes.

"Matthew. You're my son my love for you is unconditional. Nothing can make me stop loving you. Now what is it? Trust me Matt."

I took a deep breath and said, "Ifoundmymate."

"Matthew you have to slow down if not I won't be able to understand you." he says putting his hand on my shoulder reassuringly.

I nod and say again slower, "I found my mate dad. I found my mate."

Looking at him he has the biggest smile I've ever seen. "That's great son! Congratulations!" He says giving me a hug but when he pulls back and sees my face his smile drops.

"What's wrong? Aren't you happy that you've found your mate? When I met your mother..." I cut him off.

"Dad I was thrilled that I found my mate. I still am there's just something else..." I trail off looking at the ground.

"What is it?" my dad asks me putting a hand on my back. I grab the porch rail steadying myself and think, "I'm going to tell him. Fuck. How am I going t say it?"

"Matthew are you ok?" My knuckles are white from how hard I'm gripping the rail. "Just say it. Just say it dammit."

"Dad I'm-fuck!" I cant tell him.

"Matthew?" I lookup to see his face full of concern and worry.

"I'm gay! Dammit! And my mate's a guy!" I finally yell out looking to the ground.

I sigh in relief. It's finally out I don't have to hide anything. I feel lighter as if a weight was taken off my shoulders. But now I look at my dad tha is shocked by this news. I brace myself for his yells for me to leave but they don't come.

Instead I feel him turn my body towards him and pull me into a hug.

"Matthew." he says softly into my ear.

"I love you. Don't ever think otherwise. Like I said earlier nothing can stop that. Not even this. Also do I know who it is?" he says the last part pulling away from me.

Hes smiling and I say, "Yeah you do know who it is." My face goes red.

"Let me guess. Is it Cody?" my dad asks putting a finger on his chin.

"Oh goddess no." I say laughing.

"You would have found out a long time ago if he was my mate." I tell him and he nods.

"I think I know who it is. Is it Julian?" he says with a smirk.

I make a split second decision and say, "Yeah he is." I scratch the back of my neck blushing.

"You know I don't think I've ever seen you blush." he says teasing me.

"Well now you know about it all." Then I remember about my powers, "Shit."

"Does Michael knows? Does your mom known? Does anybody know?" my dad asks a little frantically.

"Only Cody and Emily know. I don't know when Julian is planning tell Michael and Aubrey. And I am planning on telling mom sooner or later." He calms down and then smiles.

"How about you tell mom now?" he says looking toward the drive way.

"Tell me what?" I hear the voice of my mom ask.

"I guess it's sooner than later." I say turning to my mom.

"Here goes."

What do you think??? He finally told his dad and is about to tell his mom. Now that that's out of the way when will Julian tell his parents? Hmm... Think about that another chapter.
