Special one shot just for Christmas!! So Happy Birthday Jesus, Merry Christmas, and every other holiday!! Sorry it's a day late, I was doing stuff with the fam yesterday! It's set after season 4 but Emma didn't become dark, and season 5 sadly did not happen. Hope ya like it!

Emma's POV
The cabin that Mom and Dad rented was extremely small for such a big family but of course we dismissed the thought quickly. Robin and Roland had taken Neal and Henry outside for bow and arrow practice to which I did not comply. But with the aid of Neal's puppy eyes Henry had managed to convince me to let them play around with the weapon.

Not my best choice.

Thankfully neither one of them had lost an eye, or leg, or any other important appendage yet. Note I said yet. Dad had taken Killian to go hiking up near the tip top of the mountain, something along the lines of "He's finally warmed up to me?" Well that's what Killian said anyways.

Killian. The name still brought a smile to my face and a deep blush to my cheeks. It had been only a year to the day since we had finally gotten married and I couldn't be happier. 2 months for Regina and Robin but I finally found my happy ending and no villain out there was going to take it from me. I had worked too hard and too long to let a rogue fairy tale strip my life away.

A yelp from the kitchen yanks me from thoughts as I jump up from the couch to save the day. Again. But I wasn't prepared to see Regina's once raven black hair to be covered in flour with my Mom's face laced with guilt.

A smile finds its way onto my lips as I take in the rest of the scene. Regina's hair covered in flour making her look like a snowman, while Mom held back a laugh, zero cooking done for tonight, and the kitchen currently as white as snow. Not my Mom, the frozen rain stuff, I was never good at weather junk.

"Should I even ask?"I question raising an eyebrow. Mom snorts and shakes her head no glancing over at Regina. Regina mutters something under her breath while shaking her head back and forth like a dog sending clouds of white floating across the kitchen.

I smile, walking up to join Mom by the sink. "Well let's see if I can help."I say grabbing the floured recipe book on the counter. "We were thinking about making some casseroles and oh! Regina was going make her apple turnovers!"Mom smiles giddily while peeking over my shoulder at the book.

Regina chuckles sarcastically,"Well that was what I was planning to do until mommy dearest here decided to cook the kitchen." Mom rolls her eyes but smiles non the less turning to actually start preparing the food.

Regina smirks but doesn't say anything back as she starts cutting up an apple into slices. The front door creaks open as snow billows through making chills suddenly fill the cozy cabin. We all turn to see all the boys, including one of the new husbands, walking in with near blue skin.

I smile as Henry shuffles up to me enveloping me in a chilled hug. "Ooooo kid, goodnight! How cold is it out there?"I laugh hugging him tighter as he continues to shiver. He laughs through chattering teeth but doesn't answer as he clings to me like I was a life tube.

Robin pats my shoulder with a smile as he flips Regina around giving her an icy kiss while ruffling flour out of her hair. Mom narrows her eyes at Dad who raises his hands in surrender as if saying I wouldn't think of it, but then winks as a sign of "later."

She rolls her eyes as Neal waddles up to her in his 4 year old legs and gets swung into warm arms. Mom blows a raspberry on his cheek as he squeals with joy. A part of me couldn't help but feel jealous that I'd missed out on all that.
