Sooo for some odd unknown reason I've always been fascinated with the 1950's. I mean bikers, poodle skirts, the Twist? Who wouldn't wanna go to this time period?! So with that in mind this is a one shot about Emma noticing a leather jacket wearing, slicked hair boy named Killian.

Emma's POV
"You know, if it's gonna take the rest of the day for you to choice something we could always go back to the Diner ."Ruby suggested beside me. I just glance at her but return my focus to the menu.

"No, the Diner doesn't have food as good as Granny's."I mumble still searching for something to quince my hunger. She grumbles something under breathe but stays in her seat anyway. "Ok...ok, ok. I know what I want. Get me the Strawberry smoothie, Granny."I finally say with a triumphant smile. She rolls her eyes but walks to the back gritting her teeth.

Ruby's gazed was locked on the window though, not paying a bit of attention to me. "Ruby?"I wave a hand in front of her face,"What is it?"I ask looking over at the window that occupied her attention. Just outside waltzed the baddest and hottest group in Storybrooke, the Guys.

That's what they called themselves...the Guys. How stupid is that?

I roll my eyes, every single girl in town practically drools over them. Always commenting on how "perfect" their gelled hair was and their leather was so cool! I for one though couldn't stand them. They were arrogant and cocky, thinking that they were above everyone else and with a snap of their finger could have girls jumping at them. Ruby was under their spell like the others.

The little bell above the door rings signaling the Boys arrival. Ruby looks at me with wide eyes and the cheekiest grin indicating that she was excited....very excited. "Oh my gosh."she mouths glancing at them as they fill in the booth at the back.

One with bright blue eyes and a slight stubble catches my eye with a smirk and a wink to follow. I fight back my breakfast threatening to rise up and roll my eyes at him, returning my attention to my shake.

"I-w-we gotta go talk to them."Ruby whispers with her eyes glued on the group. Every girls attention in the diner was pointed at that single table and the Guys knew it. Throwing winks and smirks at them was their job, which the girls had no complaints against.

I grit my teeth in annoyance,"No, I'm not spending my last month of summer break ogling over some boys."I spit feeling anger boil my blood. Why did everyone think they were so perfect? Every single one of them lived in a shack, got the worst grades in school, and most likely smoked. I've seen several of them do it.

"Their not just some boys! Oh please please please Em, I'll pay you back. Please, it's been my dream to meet them."she pleads with me using her puppy dog eyes. I shake my head,"No, I don't care for them, just go by yourself. You'll be fine."I push her off the seat making her curled hair bounce.

"But...what if..."she trails off nervously fiddling with her hair. I roll my eyes yet again, she wasn't one to be shy around boys. She wore a blood red poodle skirt with a too tight white blouse, curled hair, and black flats. I for one wasn't into the whole poodle skirt gig. I preferred a simple dress with little dots and heels with my hair loosely curled. Which was my attire today.

(I don't usually add outfits but I wanted just a little something extra for this chapter😉except her hair is curled👌🏼and she doesn't wear the leather jacket)

"Go."I say shoving her in their direction. She doesn't budge. "Oh my gosh..."I groan before sliding off my seat and grabbing her arm, dragging her over to the booth. Their chatter subsides as we walk up to them, Ruby pulling against my grip and me determined to make her conquer her fear.

I glance at the bright blue eyed boy who's eyebrows were knit in confusion. My heart slightly flutters at his concentrated expression set on me. Shaking my head, I stop at the front of the table and yank Ruby beside me.

"This is Ruby. And she's one of your biggest fans or whatever, have fun."I pat Ruby's shoulder and turn to leave when his voice cuts through the sudden tense air.

"Your not a fan, love?"he asks with a chuckle. I bite my tongue and turn on my heel with a look that could kill. Ruby was still shell shocked while the 3 other boys at the table anxiously waited to hear what I had to say. "Can't say that I am."I say between clenched teeth.

I noticed he had the touch of an accent. British? Irish, maybe? Whatever it was was definitely his key to winning/breaking girl's hearts for sure. Not that I don't blame them. Something about boys with accents like that....I mentally shake my head. Focus Emma!

He smirks and raises an eyebrow making a sudden butterfly flutter through my stomach. "And why not? Too afraid of being rejected?"he chuckles again making the boys at the table erupt in hoots and hollers.

High fives flew around the table followed by pats on blue eyes back. I glance over at Ruby, she was finally snapping out of her trance. Bout time.

Ruby looks over at me with a warning glance, she knew I despised this group and had a list of things that I could tell them off about. I narrow my eyes and cross my arms,"I've never heard of people getting rejected by the rejects."I grin smugly feeling slightly proud of my remark.

Their laughter immediately stops as Mr. blue eyes smile forms into a sneer. "I'd be careful with what comes out of that filthy mouth of yours, lass. You don't know us."he spits back at me, practically fuming with anger. He had already stood up out if his seat, towering over me by only a few inches.

I roll my eyes,"Oh please, as if you would hurt me."I smile innocently at boiling blue eyes,"I am a girl aren't I? I thought you guys of all people would be sweet on me, considering your...reputation."

Blue eyes takes a step towards me to only be stopped by one of them grabbing his arm. "Mate, sit down. She isn't worth it." He glares daggers at me but listens to his companion and sits his butt back down. Smart boy.

The boy that stopped blue eyes looks up at me with, surprisingly, a smile. "What's your name?"he asks. I bite back a rhetoric remark, this boy actually seemed tolerable. "Emma."I simply say.

He nods and gazed up at Ruby with basically hearted shaped eyes. "And you, miss?"he asks in a very, very bad flirting tone. But Ruby ignores it and turns the color of her name,"R-Ruby."she manages to get out.

I roll my eyes.

"Ruby,"he plays with her name"well Emma and Ruby, would you two like to join us?"he asks politely glancing at the others who nod in agreement. I made direct eye contact with Ruby and beg her to say no. Please, please, please be on my side for once.

She smiles widely at me and looks back at the boy,"Of course!"she practically squeals. That's it, she's dead. I force a grin on my face and slide into the seat beside hers, opposite of blue eyes himself. He was still glaring at me with hate so I widely smiled at him.

"I'm Graham, this is Will, that's Robin and this is Killian."Graham says pointing to the boy still staring daggers at me. Killian. It had a nice ring to it, adds to his blue eyes and tough jaw. I blink, wait what?

"Hi."Ruby does a small little wave drawing me from my thoughts. I fight back an eye roll and simply smile/sneer. The boys grin back uncertainly, glancing over at Robin with anger.

Little did I know that I had just entered my own love story, with non other than blue eyes himself.
