after kissing in the living room rachel led sebastian to her room it was all perfectly innocent they got into bed and he wrapped his arms arou d her and rachel started to drift off all comfy nd warm and safe in his arms.
this was what rachel missed the most about a relationship it was the sex it was the tender safe moments of been in a mans arms ceeling protected and that everything was going to be alright.
sebastian laid cuddling her to him he watched as her chocolate eyes closed and the long eye lashes fluckered as she started to dream he wondered what she was dreaming of.
it as weird they had met purely by chance but he could shake off the fact that they had met of all the people in new york on christmas eve he bump in to rachel or rather she bumped into him.
was fte trying to tell him something he wondered one thing he did know was having rachel in his rms was something he could get used to eventually sebastian started to fall asleep.
a few hours later
rachel woke up to an empty bed she sat up wondering if sebastian was in the bathroom so she waited but he didnt return so she got up and looked around the loft but he wasnt there.
rachel felt herself getting upset she felt like they had made a connection and she would have loved to have woken up on chridtmas day innhis arms not in an empty bed.
then she felt angry he hadnt even left a note she thought he was different now but he must still be the same arse he was in high school.
before she could stop herself she started to sob which must have woken blaine up because e next thing she knew was he was hugging her.
" hey rach whats wrong" blaine asked
" im lonely" rachel admitted
"i know you are but what about sebastian "blaine asked
"he has gone left without saying goidbye or leaving a note"rachel sobbed
"did you two..."blaine asked
"no we kissed he held me as a fell asleep but we didnt do anything bet thats why he left bet he thought he was onto a sure thing" rachel said as the loft door slide open and in walked sebastian
" hey" he said seeing her upset and blIne holding her
" whats wrong"he asked rachel felt embarrassed he hadnt left he had nipped out he had several bags in his hands
" nothing" rachel asked feeling her face flush
" it doesnt look like nothing " sebastian said
"she thought you had left " blaine said rachel went scarlett and glared at him
" what you didnt have the nerve to say it your my best friend and i want you happy if i have to embarrass you in the process then thats what i will do no i will go back to bed and enjoy a festive hpur of so in bed with my fiance"blaine said and walked off into his bedroom.
" rachel i went to get some things in for breakfast i wasnt just gonna leavecwithout saying anything i wouldnt do that and i didnt leave a note or anythjng as i holed to be back befors you even woke up . you were fast asleep when i left you were snoring away " he said
" i don't snore " rachel said finally looking at him
" i know you dont but it got you to look at be didnt it"he said walking past her to the kitchen and he started sorting the stuff he had bought.
rachel went in to help
"i can sort it"he said
"i like been useful " rachel said
" if you had said that last night things might have been different"he said with a smirk
"honestly" rachel said
" come here" he saod putting the jar of jam he was holding down and wlaked to her tsking both her hands and looking into her eyes.
" look i know we only remet if you will kadt night and the thruth is i was dreading christmas yet i can honestly waking up with you might just be the best Christmas i have ever had and given the way you thougt i had left i think you fell that way too. so rachel why dont you go back to bed i will bring breakfast in to you then we shall eat and after that you can do whatever you want with me" he said
" okay" rachel said starting to walk back to her room
"wait is that okay to the breakfast thing or tonthe possibilityof sex"he asked
"yes"rachel said and walked back to bed.
they spent the morning in bed eating and sebastian got his wish though rachel fully enjoyed it.
at lunchtime blaime was up making dinner and thennthe four of them sat round the table eating christmas dinner and having avfew glasses of wine. rachel kurt and blaine exchanged gifts then. the four of them sat watching old movies while still having a glass or two of wine.
then after drinking so much and eating so much it was time for bed rachel once again was in his arms as they settled down to sleep.
for the two lonely people not remotely looking forward to Christmas it had infact been the best they had evwr had as their chance meeting led them to each other.
and while they might not know it yet but it wouldn't be the last christmas they would spend together
