Inayah's POV:
We sat ourselves down in the back room and we began to talk. He spoke so eloquently. Wow. He talked about his career, but mostly about religion. He told me he did things in the past that he wasn't so proud of but constantly repented for. I told him:

"But in all fairness, if you repent for a thing, Allah forgives you instantly. And that's what matters right?"

He looked right into my eyes as I spoke and I felt a chilling sensation in my veins. I've never felt this way before. So why now? He let out a sigh and said:

"Wow. I can't be the only one feeling this. Tell me you do too?"

He then came closer. And with every step he took closer towards me, I felt my breath increasing to the beats of my rapid heart. My palms becoming sweaty and a quiver in my mouth.

He then said: "I want this. I want you. I've come across several women. But you. You're something different. With you I feel comfortable. With you it's almost as though, every inch of my body has been craving this unity. Y'Allah this feels so real."

He then told me to stand up, and so I did. He got down on one knee. And said: "I've finally found you. Let us become one. Say yes." and of course he had to add a goofy-ness to it so he then searched around the room with his eyes, until he set them on a sweet ring. "Got it. Common don't keep me waiting, I'll end up eating the ring."

At this moment, my cheeks were becoming red and my heart, oh my, how fast it was beating. And I instantly broke into a giggle when he held that sweet ring in his hand and looked at me with those beautiful brown eyes.

"Yes" I exclaimed. And that was the beginning of a love story so pure; you wouldn't believe the destructive way in which it ended.
