Ella’s POV

I’m Ella Lyn Rosewood. I am turning seventeen today! :D

So let me tell you about meself. I am 17, I have long, brunette hair that I usually curl into ringlets. I am what people call “rich” and “popular”. I have bright blue eyes, I love food, and I love to wear sweatpants. These are a few of my faaavvvorritte things! Haha…

I am currently out in school with some of my friends.

“Happy birthday babe!” Hannah smiles one of her beautiful smiles and hands me a wrapped gift.

“Thank you, Hannah. You didn’t have to get me anything,” I chuckled and looked at the pink wrapping paper in my hands.

“Yeah, I did have to. You deserve it.”

“How do I deserve it?” I giggled, running my free hand through my long hair.

“For being there for me. BUT you best give me a gift for my birthday.” She laughed. I laughed with her.

“I’ll open it after school, when you come over okay? My mom is making me open the rest of my presents then when its you, me, Tara, and Bree.”

“Okay! Oh, well what did you get this morning?”

“The iPhone 5c!” I squealed. I had the iPhone 4 for about three years now and my parents, being rich, decided I needed a new phone.

Hannah squealed happily with me and we got rude looks from the other kids in the study hall.

“I got you another gift, its just in my locker.” She finished.

“Jesus, Hannah you don’t need to give me presents my parents give me enough!”

“You being my best friend, you have to deal with it. So just shut up and enjoy the rollercoaster of life, okay?” She quoted from Zayn Maliks Twitter account and I rolled my eyes.

“Okay Ella! It is your seventeenth birthday!! I have the rest of your presents in the livingroom! When are your friends coming?”

“Mom, settle down. Hannah is coming inside I drove her here. HANNAH HURRY UP!” I shouted out the door. I heard her reply, “I’M COMING, IM COMING.”

I smiled as I entered the kitchen and saw my mom had at least ten presents on the couch.

“Mom, why do you have so many gifts?”

“You deserve them.”

“That’s what Hannah said.”

My mom laughed and rolled her eyes as she set out snacks for us on the table. This consisted of dill pickle wraps, cupcakes, candies, and crackers.

“I’m here, Joy!!!” Hannah cheered as she called my mom.
