ROSS POV
Kara hasn't moved much unlike myself where I keep anxiously pacing and fidgeting. I'm really worried about the dosage they injected into her. She just keeps randomly stirring for the past four days but no actual movement. I have started to notice the signs when she is about to have a fit because blue beads of sweat from the chemicals wearing off appear on her forehead before she releases an ear piecing scream. This is then followed by her body shaking before it stops and happens again later. When it first happened I panicked and yelled for the doctor who came in giving me a sceptic look before telling me to calm down. I'm sitting here with a sweat towel in my hand to wipe away Kara's sweat but I'm wearing multiple jumpers because this room is always cold. I have asked for them to turn the aircon off for a little while but I was warned that if this room wasn't kept cool lots of things would explode causing it to kill me and Kara.
I stare outside through the double glazed, heavily tinted windows at the guards doing drills outside. They jog back and forth chatting with the exception of a few like Aero and a few newbies that are probably loners. I begin pacing the room, thoughts of Kara filling my mind and making me more anxious then I was before. I sat down in the rickety, warn out red chair that I dragged in here myself so that I didn't have to sit on the cold steel floors. The doctors didn't really like it but none of them attempted to tell me to get rid of it. It may also have been because I have had a rather gloomy aura around me since Kara was injured. It's actually quite funny how the whole agency shifts with out her. There is no longer sarcastic jokes in the cafeteria, no screaming or yelling and over all no interaction between everyone. It's like Kara is the electrical plug and all she has to do is just plug it back in and everyone will work again. Maybe...I hope.
I don't even know how that works. I think everyone's not used to being calm, when Kara's around she just makes things more interesting especially with her mood swings. Were all used to having to clean up after her too or take some poor sucker to the infirmary. It's interesting. I mean there's nothing better then a psychotic chick to get you out of the bed in the morning. Am I right?!
