The nerd??

Prequel

Two years ago:
Alexia's POV

My dad is the leader of the most feared, most powerful and biggest gang in the country The Paralyzers.
My mom was a lawyer, and I am well I'm nothing more than a need that is bullied constantly. And yes I know what you're thinking your dad is a gang leader and your constantly bullied well the answer to that is simple my father had offered to teach me to fight several times actually but I refused.

So yeah we had a few enemies the people my mother put in jail my fathers rival gangs and well all the popular kids at my school.

And we also had a lot of money.

School:

It was a Monday and I got to school early as usual. I always got to school early. I was walking down the hallway when I saw Keith my boyfriend kissing some blonde haired slut and she's  pinned against the lockers. He stopped when he saw me and smirked. Then continued with her. That fucking asshole played me I was crushed he was the only motivation I had to go to school.
I mean I was a nerd I had no friends I was bullied everyday when I went to school. But when I started dating Keith I made a few friends from hanging out with him.
But when he admitted that dating me was a dare I was crushed and to make things worse him and my so called 'friends' just laughed.

I hated it here and couldn't wait to get home so I can start packing. And no I am not running from my problems.
After those few torturous hours of school I finally got to leave so I can go home.
I got home and packed everything I needed once I had finished packing I put my suitcase in the living room and waited for my mother to get home.

She only arrived at nine great that means I can only leave tomorrow in the morning.
My mother walked into the living room eying out my suitcase then looking back at me. I could see the confusion in her eyes. She sat down cautiously still not quite sure of what was going on.
"I'm leaving" I said to her
She looked at me as if I was speaking japanese before saying "W-why?" Stumbling over her words.
I simply replied "I've already enrolled in online school I'm taking dad up on his offer to learn to fight." I then turn and walk to my room so I can get some sleep before leaving in the morning.

I climb into bed and as soon as my head hits the pillow darkness consumes me and I fall into a deep sleep.

I wake up feeling refreshed and was shocked to see that my mother hadn't left for work yet I sit down at the counter with my coffee and she asks "When are you leaving?" I look up at her and reply "Soon."
She get up from her seat and hugs me and says "I will miss you" I hug her back tightly I don't reply not trusting my voice not to crack.
