4 Years Later

It had been a trying 4 years, to say the least. You’d think raising a total of now 14 children would be easy, especially with all of the support and the guys had.

Yeah, no.

First there was the wedding, which they had all decided to do together at their new home, which took about a year and half to build from the ground up. It was a large, almost castle like structure. The center looked like a pentagon, the front door on one side while off on each of the four other walls led to a different wings of the house. Each wing did have an entrance point, but most people went through the center unless they were there to see someone specific.

Each wing held 5 bedrooms, 2 recording rooms, 2 offices, a playroom, and a big family room. In the center pentagon, there was the kitchen, dining room, a large home cinema, a meeting room, a workout room, and the bedrooms for the nannies, maid, and personal chef. In the basement area under the Pentagon, there was a large room covered in blankets and pillows with games and a large tv, allowing the little ones to all have a sleepovers together, which the nannies, Miss Prior and Miles, would oversee while the parents had so much deserved “alone time”. There was even a soundproof room which held a few extra cribs so the small babies could be down there as well.

In the large grass area that surrounded the home, there was a regulation sized football pitch with a tall wire fence around it because Vikk was going to be damned if Simon broke his window, again.

There were also 4 separate play areas fenced in by each of the wings, allowing the kids to outside and play without having to worry about them going into the surrounding woods.

On the other side of the house, there was a building which contained a large pool which was well equipped with a shallow end for the small kids that was walled up separating it from the deeper end of the pool, for now. Once they were all older and able to swim, the wall would come down, but for now it stayed up and the door to the building locked at all times unless at least 2 adults were in there.

The wedding held there went off with only slight hitches like Josh forgetting the ring, again, and having to run back inside to go grab it, leaving Simon and the others to wait at the altar for him. Then there was baby Bailey, nicknamed Boo, getting sick all over her one of her grandfather's tux jackets, resulting in a quick dress code change for all the grandfathers. Then there were the triplets where the two oldest, Lizzy and Freddy,  took off and went missing while Miles was dealing with a crying Georgy during the reception.

When Harry found out, he sighed deeply and got up, already knowing where his two oldest were hiding while Cal ran around, freaking out. It took less than 10 minutes to find the two, sitting on the floor of the kitchen, trying to open a giant jar of sour balls. Harry let them each try one once and they loved it, resulting in the doing everything they could get another, often roping in their younger sister to help them even though she didn’t like them.

Even though the wedding didn’t go completely smooth, it was fun and beautiful. Three days after the reception, the parents all left for their separate honeymoons, leaving their children in the hands of their grandparents and nannies, trusting that everything to go fine. Which it did.

When the parents all returned home, excited to see their children's smiling faces, they noticed something. Dillon, the green eyed boy, was wearing one of Lizzy’s dresses, looking bashful, his eyes on the floor. He stood there, holding his brother’s hand while Grammy Behz and Miss Prior stood behind him, looking proud.
