Chapter 9~Petra's Lie

YOUR POV

Levi and I made it home and we were both exhausted. The bad part was that when we arrived home the power was out. No lights, no heater, and no chargers for our phones.

"Well lucky us!" I exclaim sarcastically. "We'll be fine. We just need to stay warm, because its 42 degrees outside." Levi told me. "And how exactly do you want us to stay warm with no heater?" I ask with a annoyed face. "We have blankets, pillows.......each other." I hear him mutter the last part. "Excuse you?!" I say. "What?" He asks with a stoic expression. "I'm not touching you!" I say. "It's called a joke brat. You should know when someone says one." Levi tells me.

"Whatever! I'm going to sleep in my room!" I say.

"Fine. I'll sleep in my room too!" Levi snaps.

"FINE!" We both say.

5 Minutes Later

"ITS TOO COLD!" I hear Levi and I both yell.

We both speed walk out of our room with a blanket and a pillow. We look at each other and turn our heads. I walk down the small steps leading to the floor of the living room and place my pillow and blanket down. Levi does the same, except he's 2 feet away from me.

We both fell asleep angry at each other. I could hear the chilling wind snap at the apartments windows through the night. Surprisingly, that night I slept absolutely wonderful.

I woke up the next morning with 2 blankets on me. My white one, and a pitch black one that I didn't recognize at all. I also felt strong arms wrapped around my waist. I couldn't squirm out of their tight grip. I began to internally scream when I figured out that It was Levi's arms that were holding me and that my head was leaning on his chest.

I began to freak when the door opened and in came Erwin, Hanji, and Petra. I shut my eyes and pretended that I was still asleep. Hoping that it would avoid me the embarrassment. I told Erwin and Hanji that the whole couple thing was a scam. Now they are never going to believe me.

"Scam?! Yeah right!" Hanji says. I can hear the smirk on her face.

"Hmmm....maybe she lied because she knows that you would react like this." Erwin says, adding on to Hanjis little comment.

"Awwwww! They are so adorable. I'm so glad that Levi finally got over me!" Petra says with a cheery voice.

"GOT OVER YOU?!" Erwin and Hanji say at the same time.

"Oh yes! I'm sorry that I didn't explain." Petra says.

"PLEASE EXPLAIN!" Hanji and Erwin say.

Yes, please do.

"You see. I am Petra Ral Ackerman. I'm married to Levi's brother, Sam. When I was first dating Sam, Levi and I had a little thing. It was small, but it indeed was a thing. Now I am not proud of it. But Levi did fall for me. I told him that we needed to end it because I was to marry his brother. It wouldn't have been right. So that's what i did, I ended it." Petra ended her statement. I noticed that Levi was now awake. He heard everything and he looked really mad.

He shot up, gently removing his arms from me.

"YOU KNOW THATS NOT TRUE PETRA! I ENDED IT WITH YOU! YOU WANTED TO KEEP IT GOING UNTIL YOU AND SAM GOT MARRIED. I RELAIZED THAT I WAS STUPID AND ENDED IT. YOU STILL LIKED ME. I STOPPED LIKING YOU ALONG TIME AGO." Levi snaps at Petra, who just lied to everyone.
