Several eyes found my petit body as I strolled through the doorway. Could I blame them? Absolutely not. I looked amazing- ravishing, to be exact. Red truly was my color, just like Caroline had said.

Elliot said this would just be a few friends... but it was clearly much more. Definitely not a rager, but for sure close to becoming one.

I didn't know where to go at first. Everyone had already found their groups for the night, leaving me to fend for myself. As I continued to look around, searching for a friendly face, I decided to do what most people would do- find the drinks.

I wasn't much of a drinker, honestly. Sure, I had a few drinks- but my limit was three. Three was enough to get tipsy, but not completely drunk. Well, for me. I was a heavy-weight, unlike most teenagers.

Making my way into the kitchen, I happened to come across the person I wanted to avoid- Elliot.

"Oh shit." He cursed under his breath, trying to balance the four solo cups filled to the rim with beer in-between his two hands.

I reacted, placing my hands against the cups as well. I didn't want them to drip anything onto my dress.

Elliot froze once he was able to examine me completely. I knew he wanted to compliment my appearance, but I also knew that he wouldn't.

Instead, he played it off with that cocky smirk of his- the one that made me want to slap it off him.

"If it isn't my Barbie doll." He teased, knowing it would piss me off. I was already mad enough at him. I didn't need his antagonization.

I pulled my hands away, watching as the assembly of red solo cups dropped to the kitchen floor. Elliot's smirk fell, his stare lowering to the spilt beer that was all over the place.

I smiled sarcastically, "I'm not your Barbie doll."

My eyes wondered to the male standing behind us in the other room. Garrett Brassinger stood there, a beer in his hand as he chatted with one of his buddies- William Elcox.

I left a distressed Elliot in his place, finding my way over to Garrett. He glanced at me quickly, his eyes shortly returning along with a smile.

"Hi." He said, totally blocking out the words of his friend standing next to him. William furrowed his brows, while I said hi back.

"I didn't expect to see you here." He began, "Um, Olivia.. wasn't it?"

I nodded in response, my cheeks already turning red from his words. Garrett didn't have to say or do much to make me blush, apparently. His looks made it quite easy.
