Drizzle

Tears dropped like drizzles in the night,

violently on the tin roof.
A faint sob echoed in the wind,
idly into oblivion.

Heaven seemed like a dark abyss,
denied the presence of the moon;
a pitch-black room in the void;
a shot of numbness to the heart.

Cry, oh dear cry into the nights,
overtly drown the world in tears,
the poison that creeps in your soul,
oh let it sting the core of earth.
