( Rose's POV )
"AHHHHH!"
"AAAHHHHHH POYO !!!!!"
Yep, that's basically all you could hear for the next few seconds. After a few more rounds of screaming ( along with the occasional "poyo") it was Kirby who caught himself and ended the screaming with jumping up and running away screaming:" META KNIGHT POYOOOOOOOOOO!!"
I froze and thought about what I just heard.
Meta knight,sometimes a foe but sometimes a friend to Kirby- yet always powerful. I guessed this time he was a friend to the young starwarrior,but how will he react to me? Human sightings were rare in dreamland,would he think I am dangerous? if he did...Would he harm me? Would he KILL me? I squeaked and ran up a nearby tree like the coward I am. I clutched the tree branch I was on and breathed heavily as I saw two sphere like shapes emerge on the horizon.

(Kirby's POV )
" C'mon Meta, poyo!" I shouted and increased my speed as much as I could without falling over on my face. " Kirby,for the last time,can you tell me what you saw without saying 'poyo' once?!" Meta knight said, with a hint of concern in his voice. "Oh,sorry poy- I mean Meta knight!" I said, stoping mid-poyo as Meta knight groaned in annoyance. I took a deep breath and started telling Meta knight what I saw.
" well,poy-...er... I was wondering around the woods,and then I came across this berry bush–blueberry bush to be exact...Mmmm, I like blueberries they are so blue and tasty and–"
" Kirby,you're getting off-topic!" Meta knight said,as I continued to drone on about blueberries.
" What? Oh,... Um...sorry about that poyo, um, anyways, when I got to the blueberry bush I heard a gasp and then I poked the bush too see what it was. I herd a scream and then this HUGE monster thingy came out –"
"Kirby,can you describe the monster?"
" Oh,ummmm, well, I couldn't see it very well because,I was screaming when I saw it– BUT, it was HUGE and,and,–"
"Kirby," Meta knight began "are you sure you didn't just imagine all of this?"
" META," I said clearly offended, surely Meta knight trusted me more than that. " I did NOT poyo !" I shouted.
We soon reached the bush where I saw the monster thingy,but no monster thingy was in sight.
"B-but it was right here poyo..." I said helplessly as Meta knight began to walk away. But to my surprise a large SNAP sound was heard and a branch fell from a nearby tree and screaming filled the air.
"OW!" A female voice exclaimed as dust filled the air. I coughed as Meta knight fanned the air with his gloved hand- er- stub thingy. The dust cleared and the source of the voice was seen–a human girl that was covered with leaves.She groaned and tried to get up but only falling down in the progress. I rushed over to her and helped her onto her feet. She dizzily looked around and her eyes widened when she saw me.
"EEP!!!" She shrieked and hid behind a bush. Meta knight looked at me and suddenly sliced the bush in half with his awesome sword galaxia.
The girl's eyes tripled in size when she saw the blade,she hid behind the tree she fell out of, but only received the same treatment. " AHHHHHHHH,DONT KILL ME!" She shouted as she jumped away. " kill you?!" Meta knight said and looked at the girl in confusion. " YES,KILL ME ,YOUR GONNA SLICE AT ME WITH THAT CRAZY SWORD OF YOURS, AREN'T C'HA!!" She said waving her hands in panic.
I noticed something in one of her hands.
" What's that, poyo?" I asked.
" What?" Said the girl.
" in your hand, poy."
The girl looked in her hand and screamed " A PAINTBRUSH???!!!" She shouted and looked at me and Meta knight in dismay. " somebody slap me..." She murmured,I waddled over to her and slapped her as hard as I could. " OW!" She screamed and rubbed the spot where I hit her. " NOT LITERALLY, PUFFBALL !!!" She said. "Sowwy poyooo." I said sadly,and looked at the ground in shame.
" A paintbrush.a paintbrush.A FREEKIN PAINTBRUSH!!!!!!"she said. The girl waved the paintbrush around and to my surprise a large beam of light escaped from it.
" AHHHHHH!!!" The girl screamed when she noticed what happened. She jumped back and leaned against a tree " I wonder if there is a support group for people like me,back home,you know,like who fall in different dimensions..." She said to no one in particular. " BUT HOW WILL I EVEN GET HOME!!" The girl said. She stomped on the ground and looked at her paintbrush in dismay,she outlined a square shape and to the girl's horror the outline filled itself in and became a glittery notebook. " How...what...why...?" She stammered. I waddled over to her and picked up the notebook,it looked like a regular notebook,not like one that was painted. "How'd you do that,poyo?" I asked. " I don't know?..." The girl said,her face looking a little pale. " I was just thinking about notebooks when it happened."
" It seems like you can make whatever you think come to life through you're paintbrush." Someone said.
" AHHHHHHHH!" Me and the girl screamed. I whipped around and saw Meta knight was behind us. " METY!" I shouted. " Please don't call me that..." Meta knight said. I smiled and took a deep breath." Mety mety mety Mety Mety Mety Mety Mety Mety Mety Mety METYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I shouted and danced around. The girl giggled at me,then frowned." What's wrong,poyo?" I said. " This place is creepy... I want to go home and be random and draw all day..." She sighed. " home?" I said.
" I'm not from around here..."
" Where do you live,poyo?"
" Another dimension."
" yeah,right poyo."
" No,I'm serious."
" Oh–SAY,WHAT,POYO?!?!???!!?!"
When she said she was from another dimension I thought she was kidding,but when she explained it I almost fainted.
" what's your name,poyo?." I said,tugging on her sweater.
" My name?"
Yes poyo."
" Rose. Rose Scott." Sh-Rose said.
" You don't know where you are,and can't find home? Poyo?"
"Yes..."
'' You can stay with me in cappy town poyo!- for now if you want to..."I said shyly. Rose's eyes sparkled with happiness " YES!" She squealed excitedly . I walked in the direction of Cappy town " Follow me poyo!" I said,Rose walked after me eagerly as we walked towards Cappy town and the setting sun.

Meta knight watched the two children walk away and looked at Rose silently. Something told him he was going to have a lot to do with her...
