no one

"time waits for no one. but then again time is not truly real so how does that make sense?"

"how does that not make sense?"

"because we as human beings created the concept of time, we control what we call, time. although, things continue to move, in other dimensions things may repeat themselves or stay still, events that took places seconds or even centuries ago are currently taking place right now. hmm did that make any sense even?"

"so the titanic is still a whole in some other world?"

"dimension but hypothetically, yes, it is."

"so in another dimension i still have a girlfriend?" the class quietly laughed and the teacher looked away to smile.

they all settled down and the teacher was about to speak again when a girl raised her arm in full length, seeming to be full of determination with her question. "yes antoinette?"

"what if this dimension ceased to exist, would the other dimensions still playback or would they also cease to exist? do they all simply revolve around our dimension? if so why is that?" the teacher was not all taken aback by her sudden mini outburst of questions, he smiled.

"those, my dear, are quite good questions. but unfortunately, ones that we do not yet know. i like your curiosity with this though, so i'll get back to you on all of that." he smiled, genuinely. she nodded and went back to copying down the notes from the board to her notebook, and the teacher continued to ramble on about his crazy theories that he discussed every thursday and she continued to write down every word he said.

"sir." she once more did not startle him, more or less he expected her.

"hmm?" he hummed as he stood up to look directly at her, don't look so intently at me it makes me nervous, he could hear her thinking in her head, he looked away over to the window.

why can't it ever stop snowing?, she thought she had heard him say in his head for the who-knows-hundreth time. she looked over at the window too. "i was wondering if you could lend me one of your books."

"perhaps, which one?"

"the odyssey." he smiled staring at the frost covered window. she looked at him questioningly.

"that's one of my favorites," he looked at her with a warming smile. "i hope you enjoy it as much as i did."

she smiled as he handed her the paperback book, "as do i."
