The Super Diaries Book One

Dear Diary,
Today was a complete disaster I accidentally blew up a building luckily no one was inside, but the worst part was I didn't catch the bad guy. He's another alien, but at least tonight I get to have a break and go watch the partical accelerator turn on.

I put up my diary and tucked it behind the painting in my wall. I put on my fake glasses and my plain clothes and headed out to CC Jitters to grab a coffee.

I walked in and immediately bumped into someone.
We both fell down collapsing to the floor.
"I'm so sorry sir! Oh jeez I spilled your coffee here I'll buy you another one"
He looked up at me and smiled and started laughing.
"It's fine really I run into people all the time, but usually there big guys and not pretty girls."
I blushed feeling my cheeks go red.
"Uh...well I'm still very sorry...I'm Kara
  Danvers" I said sticking out my hand.
He smiled and took my hand.
"Barry Allen"
We looked at each other and smiled.
"So Barry are you gonna go see the partial excelerator come on?"
"I wouldn't miss it for the world Dr.Wells is my idol"
"Yeah he's mine too I sorta work for him I used to be an assistant at Catco but it was getting boring."
"Wow your pretty and smart"
I blushed again. I couldn't help myself.
"Well Barry It was nice to meet you... Wait could I please get you a coffee I feel bad."
Barry smiled and then nodded.
"Sure why not?"
We waited in line and got our coffee.
"Thank you Kara"
"Anytime"
"Is there by any chance I could get your number and maybe we could just go hang out or something?"
He looked nervous so I smiled which made him smile back.
"I'd love that Barry"
We exchanged our numbers giving each other our phones to put the number on there.
"Well...I guess this is goodbye Barry for now"
"Maybe I'll see you at.... Well you know if I say it anymore I might hike myself up there and beg Dr.Wells for his autograph"
We both started laughing as we walked outside.
"Goodbye Barry Allen"
"Goodbye Kara Danvers"
We both walked the opposite direction leaving a smile on my face.

*After the partial excelerator explosion*

I'm flying everywhere helping people who got hurt from the particle accelerator bringing one by one to the hospital.
From the distance I could see a part of the police station roof that was strucked by lighting I flew in there and got inside throwing a piece of thick wood in my way.
I saw a man lying down unconscious.
Then I saw who it was.
Barry.
"Barry oh my god!"
I picked him up flying him to the hospital. Then I hear Dr.Wells talk in my earpeice.
"No Kara bring him to us"
"Why?"
"He was affected he got strucked by lightning"
I hesitated. We couldn't help him. I looked at the hospital. Then Dr.Wells started talking again.
"Please Kara trust me"
"Trust you?"
"I know it's hard because of what just happened what I did and I have to live with that so please Kara trust me."
I looked at the hospital once more then at Barry.
"I'm on my way."

*Nine months later*
I was sitting next to Barry.
And that's what I did everyday hoping he'll wake up.
I stared at his face pushing back a peice of hair that was in his face.
Then he came up breathing hard.
"Barry!"
He looked over at me.
"Kara..."
I then realized
I didn't have my glasses on.
"I'm Supergirl... Surprise?"
He smiles for a moment, but immediately went back to confusion.
"Where am I ?"
"Your in S.T.A.R. labs"
"I'm what.... Wait how long was I out"
"You where in a comma for nine months"
"Nine!!!"
I was gonna say more, but Catlin and Cisco walked in.
"Oh my gosh Kara why didn't you tell is he woke up Barry I need you to urinate in this." Catlin said holding up a small tube.
Barry looked more confused than ever.
"Guys before we do anything we need to explain what's going on" I said.
"She's right"
I turned around to see Dr.Wells.
"Dr.Wells!" Barry exclaimed.
"Yep and from what I hear from Kara is that I'm your idol"
Barry blushed and looked over at me and smiled.
"I'm confused all I remember is...getting strucked by lightning"
I could tell he was gonna say something else before that, but I didn't push it.
"But this was no ordinary lighting strike" Catlin added," your cells are moving rapidly and your heart is beating faster than normally."
Barry got up and looked in a mirror.
He looked shocked.
"What's wrong?" I said
"Lightning gave me abbs?"
I couldn't help but laugh the way his face looks and how he said it was funny.
He looked over and smiled at me.
"So Kara your Supergirl"
"Yep and an alien"
I got up but then I didn't notice that there was a table full of chemicals next to me. It all fell and spilled all over the place.
"Shoot!!!"
"Did you see that!" Barry said.
"See what?"
"It slowed down everything slowed down!"
Dr.Wells picked up a glass jar next to him and aimed it at Barry.
"Dr.Wells..." I said
He threw it fast at Barry and at the last second Barry turned around and pushed himself back. When he did there was lighting coming out of Barry and by the time the jar crashed into the wall Barry was in the other room across from us.
"How did I just do that!" Barry exclaimed.
"You have super speed" Cisco said in aww.
