----

We ran through the Poni wilds, I buried my head in Gladion's jacket. We ran into some wild Pokemon but he quickly ran then off and continued down the Wilds until he reached Ancient Poni Path. Gladion then walked me over to a house and knocked on the door.

"Hello?" He questioned, the door flew open and Hau put his hands on his hips. "How's it going!?" He gave a toothy grin and Gladion sighed, his eye twitched, gesturing him toward me. Hau's eyes widened, "What happened?!"

"I'll explain... ONCE YOU LET ME INSIDE TO GET HER OUT OF THIS STUPID NET!" Hau scratched his head, "Whoopsie, forgot about that."

We came into the house and two Sleeping bags were layed out on the floor. From which I assumed were Hau and Lillie's. "Who owns this house?" Gladion asked, while Hau dug around in the kitchen drawers, finding a pair of scissors.

"Oh Hapu does. She's a friend of Lillie and (Y/n)'s. We happened to stumble upon her in the Poni Wilds and she offered to let us stay here for the night." Hau handed Gladion the scissors. "I'm sure she wouldn't mind if you two stayed as well." Gladion walked over to the couch and set me down softly, then picked up the scissors. "I wouldn't mind having a place to stay for a bit, beats Camping out."

Hau put a thumbs up, "Good, I'll go ask her!" He ran into a different room. Gladion looked at me and carefully cut the net around me until I could move out of it. I quickly got up from my spot on the couch and hugged him tightly. "Thank you." I whispered, burring my head into his shoulder. I could tell Gladion was surprised by my action and he inched his arms around me, running his hands through my silky (h/c) hair. "It's no problem." He whispered, "I said I'd protect you, and I did." I blushed slightly, but kept him from noticing. He really does care about me.

"Gladion?!" Lillie yelled from the door way, "Are you and (Y/n) dating??!! Does that mean my best friend will become my sister in law?!!?" She jumped in excitement. Hapu walked in through the door. "Sleeping bags are in the closet cabinet to you. I'm hitting the hay, I'm exhausted. Try to keep the noise down." She yawned, walking into her room and shutting the door.

Gladion let go of me and smirked at me, but didn't respond to Lillie's question . My face turned beet red. "So what happened to her?" Hau asked from the door as Lillie was beginning to get in her sleeping bag.

Gladion glared out the window, "Giovanni happened."

"Gio- what e?" Hau asked, raising an eyebrow. "Who's that?"

"Some guy who thinks he's all that from Kanto." Hau walked over to his sleeping bag, getting inside of it, "Ohh, ok. That's interesting." He pulled out one of his to go Malasalds and began eating. I sighed, How does he carry all that around?

------

I laid awake in my sleeping bag. I couldn't sleep at all. Gladion, to my left and Lillie to my right, were both sleeping. And Hau (whom was next to Lillie) was definitely sleeping, he was snoring like a train, and had Malasalds smeared all over his face and hair. He probably fell asleep while eating one. I got up from my sleeping bag and looked around to make sure no one heard me.

I walked over to the kitchen, pouring a glass of water and began to drink it. The Moon illuminated itself through the window, I looked at it, amazed. The Moon and Sun in Alola looked so much more alive than in Kanto, probably because of the pollution problems there. I didn't want to go outside to see it because I was still very scared that those men would be back for me. I sighed, turning around, only to get faced with a pair of Emerald green eyes in my face.

"Wha?!" A hand was quickly placed over my mouth. He brought a finger up to my mouth, indicating me to be quiet. "You want to see the stars and Moon, right?" He questioned, Gladion looked hot like this. He had his Blonde bags pinned up out of his face so you could see both his eyes, a thin layered black tank top, and his usual pants on, but no shoes.

I blushed but quickly shook it off, noticing he was waiting for an answer. "Yeah, um sorry. How did you know?"

He chuckled, "You were staring out the window for a bit. I was waiting behind you for you to turn around so I could scare you." I blushed and hit him slightly. "You get so flustered easily (Y/n)." He teased, my face grew brighter and I turned away from him. He chuckled, "Here let's go. I'll take you to see them." Gladion gestured me out the door.

I followed Gladion, sitting down beside him on the porch. "Now look up." He said, my (e/c) eyes darted up. The stars reflected onto my eyes from the sky.

"You don't see much of this in Kanto

"You don't see much of this in Kanto." I said, smiling. "My family and I used to look out to the stars every night." I looked toward him, very surprised he was actually telling me things about him. "The sky almost looks like stardust was poured all over it." I mumbled. Gladion chuckled, "You're so weird (Y/n)."

"Hey!" I hit him slightly and laughed. He chuckled and looked up, "You know, it's getting pretty late. We should probably go back to sleep." I turned toward him, quickly pecking him on the cheek. His face instantly turned red.

I got up from the porch. He touched his cheek in a shocked way. Uh oh, I messed up.

"I'm so sorry." I quickly spoke and walked into the house, curling up in my sleeping bag, not ever wanting to come out.
