"This way!" Gladion yelled as he ran out the two entrance doors. Leading the way outside. His eyes widened. I glanced over toward him, "What is it Gladion?" I looked out, "Oh god." Team Skull members surrounded the area. Gladion ran past them and up to Guzma.
"(Y/n), You can I can take them!" Hau yelled. We took down the Skull men and ran over to Gladion. He looked shocked, but yet happy. "What is it?" I asked worriedly, "I beat Guzma." He said and smiled slightly, but quickly shook it off. "We need to get going, Lillie is most likely in that house, either upstairs or downstairs."
Gladion ran into the house, I glanced around. "No one," I said, turing toward him. "Follow me." He spoke, grabbing my hand and binging me to what looked like a portal. "HEY! WAIT FOR ME!" Hau yelled, running in before we went up. My heart rate accelerated as I realized that Gladion and I were still holding hands.
Gladion put his arm around me and quickly pushed me behind him, we walked out into the area. Pedestals of Pokemon stood out to me. All of frozen Pokemon. I looked over at the front of the room.
"Lillie!" I yelled, running at her. Gladion followed behind me. I hugged her and looked at her, "Are you ok?!" I asked, she smiled, "I'm doing alright. Thank you for coming here. But we need to do one more thing.. please, (Y/n). We need to save Nebby." I nodded, looking over at Lusamine.
"Wow, what a friendship wasted. You, and Lillie. Makes me want to vomit. How could Lillie have possibly become friends with you." Lusamine said and let out a sinister laugh and turned a lever. Air started flowing in the room. Lillie's eyebrow twitched. "I don't need your approval MOTHER!" She yelled, the air pushed off her hat. Gladion walked over to Lillie in a defending manner.
"Mother?!" Hau and I yelled in unison. I looked back at Gladion, does that mean... Lillie and Gladion are brother and sister?!
Lusamine's eyes filled with rage. "Mother, ha, I have no kids. The daughter who STOLE MY Cosmog and the son who TOOK MY Type: Null! Do you think there's anyway I would really listen to you?! Foolish kids." She laughed, "I'm not your mother." She turned around, "As soon as this portal opens, everything will fall into place."
"You monster!" I yelled. Hau turned toward me, "(Y/n) close the portal! I'll unfreeze the frozen Pokemon!" I nodded and ran toward her, trying to turn the lever. "Stop! You can't mess up my hard work!"
"Heya everyone!" Guzma exclaimed as we walked through the portal. "Wha? What's going on here?!"
"Guzma! Help me! These children are trying to close the portal! And unfreeze my Precious Pokemon!" Lusamine yelled, Blocking the Lever. The portal began to open. I continued to try and get to the lever.
-Crack-Crack-
The portal began to open. "(Y/n)! Get out of there! Or you'll get sucked into the portal" Gladion yelled. I turned toward him and tried to run toward him, but tripped over in the process.
"Mother! (Y/n)!" Cried Lillie, reaching out to us. Lusamine waved, going through the portal. Guzma quickly ran up to her and followed.
"(Y/n)!" Gladion yelled, running over toward me. I began to slip toward the portal. "Gladion!"
He grabbed my hands and quickly pulled me into his arms, holding me close to him. I could hear his heart rate beating fast. The portal shut after that. "Mother no!" Lillie cried. Hau looked down on the floor, I could see tears forming in his eyes. Gladion's arms were tight around me as he held me in an embrace.

"I've prepared the boat for you, if you guys are ready to leave." Madam Wickie said, bowing toward us, "Thank you for saving our foundation."
Lillie bowed back to her, "Thank you Wickie." She smiled, and waved. "Have a safe trip to Poni Island."

Time Skip: Night
You're on the docks of the boat

I put my hands on the railing, staring off into the night sky. Poni Island was an 8 hour boat ride but since we left at night, we would be sleeping for most of it. But I couldn't sleep, so I decided to look out and think to myself.
I went through my bag and took out my Team Skull gear, glancing at it and thinking. I clutched it in my fist, throwing it off into the sea. Team Skull is not a part of me.

I walked back into the hallway from the entrance of the boat, looking for the entrance to my room. When I noticed a light was on in another room. "Peculiar." I mumbled, "Why is he awake at this time?"
Curiously, I knocked at the door. Rumbling could be heard through out it. But then the door creaked open. Gladion stood there, in a fitted tanktop with his usual pants on and no shoes. Shoot, he looked hot. My face turned red. "What is it?" He asked, leaning on the frame.
"Well I couldn't sleep, and your lights were on.. So I thought that maybe I could talk to you?"
"Out of all the people on this ship, you came to me?" He questioned staring at me bluntly. "I'm sorry." I mumbled, my face turning bright red, I hung my head down low in embarrassment. "I'll go back to my room." I turned on my heel when his hand reached out for my wrist, not letting me go.
"Stay with me." He said. I looked him in the eye, confused. "You can talk to me about why you can't sleep. I'll listen." I looked at him surprised, that's not like him, but nodded and walked into the room with him. He shut the door behind me.
