"Guys I can't believe that is how all this happened!" The group found out everything that happened to cause Skylar's accident. "God whoever did this is an ass! Sky could have been killed!" Elena was extremely upset. "Honor was killed!" Skylar cried. She could not believe her last connection to her mom was gone. "So what did they do?" Jacob asked as he was not there when they talked to the authorities. "Over the night they placed a board under the sand. They must know how close I come to the barrel (Closer than most because Honor could make the turn) But it was deep so it wouldn't be out of the sand enough until I or Elena rode." "Anyone could have found out the order." Levi commented.
Now their in Mt. Pleasant, Utah. It has been two weeks since the accident and Skylar will be riding Jazzi for barrel races. She can't participate in roping because you can't have two riders for the same horse. She has been searching for a new horse but hasn't found one yet that works. "Bronc riders please come behind the shoots." The announcer boomed over the speaker. "I signed up but should I ride?" Skylar was still worried about her leg. "If you want to." Elena said encouragingly. "No your not riding a Bronc." Levi said sternly but all out of love for her. "I think I'll scratch and sign up for the next one." She responded. "Good luck Levi! Love you!" "I love you too and thanks!" Levi ran off with Jacob. "Love you Ele!" Jacob yelled as he ran off. "Love you too Jacob." She said more to herself as she watched him go. "Let's head to the stands Sky!" "Ok." They walked to the grandstands and Ele placed her arm around Skylar. "Let go I can do this!" Elena backed off knowing Skylar is very independent. "Oh look Sky there's Levi!" Levi nodded and the gate flew open along with his horse. He rode well and received 98.796 points. Jacob got 98.998 points. "Nice job guys! First and Second!" "Thanks Elena! You guys better go get ready for barrels." Jacob suggested. "Ok!" Ele said excitedly. "I'll help you Skylar." Levi said happily. "Levi?" "Yes?" "I don't think I wanna race again..." "well why not? You've made it to the NFR. You are a very talented rider." "I'm just scared Levi!" "Well Jazzi will take good care of you. Just take this nice and slow." "Alright I will." "Next up Elena Lane ridin Hollywood Runner!" Elena ran a 15.764s run putting her in first place. Skylar is up. She rides up to the gate and asked Jaz for a canter. She did one circle then headed for the first barrel. She turned all three nice and leisurely, so she thought. "Skylar Jones riding Jazzi with a 17.129s putting her in fifth place! She's makin a comeback!" "Nice job!" "Thanks Jacob!" "You too Ele!" "Thanks babe!" "Let's go get ready for roping!" Levi shouted. "Away we go!" "I think I'm just goin to take a little nap in the trailer." Sky said pretending to be sleepy. "Ya no your not doin that." Levi whispered in her ear. "Urgh fine!" They all did well in breakaway and team roping. Elena was using Dalia as a partner for now. Now it's time for tie down. Mystery POV Slice here, a little cut here, and one final slice here. That'll doer. This will show them not to mess with me! Ha! I got one now it's time for the next. Elena's POV We shot out of the shoot and I roped my steer. I dallied off and went to step off. I got my leg just over Holly's back when *snap* my saddle slipped sideways and I face planted into the sand.

"Elena! Elena can you hear me?!" My ears were ringing and all the other sounds joined in. I heard spectators and medics. I opened my eyes and saw Jacob. He immediately kissed me and I saw he was crying.
Narrator POV Elena only had a concussion. She was fine, but everyone was shaken up. They all knew who did it.
None of them watched bull riding they all went straight to bed getting ready for the next rodeo.
